A 5-star bargain! Excellent value for money, family friendly hotel with excellent swimming pool, gym, and spa facilities. The stuff was friendly and helpful. The only downside was the low in-room Wi-Fi signal.

I will not give 5 stars to this hotel either to the room. Staff was kind but so so. Sea view to Marmara sea from the roof. Breakfast first day was simple buffet next day was very good. Just coffee machine I didn't like. Was not very good transportation to the airport or to down town Istanbul. There are Nanyang kafe shop by Marmaras seaside

The hotel should be rejuvenated soon. Excellent price-quality ratio. Friendly staff, good breakfast and excellent SPA center. Our special thanks to the hotel manager Marijam Ajdara, who personally greets her guests, welcomes them and is there for any question. The absence of a metro line nearby, as well as a single boat line to the old town despite the proximity of the beautiful marina, is a big disadvantage for the hotel's location itself.

This is the worst place you can go. A bunch of liars who only care about money and lie about everything to get money. Rude staff, the swimming pool was broken, first they said two days, but then they said it was closed until further notice (and this was an example of a lie), the refrigerator in the room was broken. Improper ventilation system, old and dirty room. They really do not value the guests' time and are only looking for their money. Very very awful, I do not recommend it at all

We had a problem caused by our guests during the controls in our pool and unfortunately we had to close our pool for a short time. We are waiting for a new inspection. On the second hand there is no refrigerator in the room we are using minibar in the room.Minibar doesn't work like refrigerator it gives only slight chill. We had a lovely time at the hotel. Gulnar (from guesf relations) went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The view from our room was immaculate both day and night! The spa was definitely our favourite feature in this hotel as well as the cleanliness. Would recommend.

Nightmare hotel it’s like a jail Staff very rude when you ask for managers no responds. Ac doesn’t cool your room actually no were in hotel Ac works. Ac filter in the room is very dirty Ac vent also very dirty. Sheets and pillowcases smell bad. Mold and mildew in bathroom. You can’t take most items you bought from outside in the hote they don’t allow you. In this pandemic it’s should be sparkling clean. Waste food from previous guest in front of you room door nobody care Asked for a face mask theirs answers is buy from outside in very rude language. This is not even 1 star hotel because when you book in 5 star hotel you have to feel comfortable.

Do not stay In This hotel keep away, staff are complete are's holes , the tv does not work, no air conditioning, manger said we could change hotel but would not give us money back , it’s not worth even 1 star

Tavsiye üzerine gittiğimiz ve aile oteli zannettiğimiz berbat bir deneyim yaşadığımız otel. Girişte hiç görmediğimiz bir şekilde minibar için 100 tl depozito alıyorlar, artık nasıl bir müşteri profili varsa ilginç ilginç insanlar gelip gidiyor ,temiz değil eski bir otel ayrıca 10 dakika gec kaldik diye kahvaltı yapamadığımız halde 50 tl ücretini alıp iade yapmadılar. Çok ilgisiz ve nezaketsiz bir otel. Aile oteli falan değil. Kim kime dum duma. Sürekli sorun var. Müşteri memnuniyeti sıfır. Beş yıldız var diyorlar ama bir yildiz bile etmez. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum...

We charge a symbolic fee for our guests to visit the reception and hand over their keys. In city hotels, this process is included in the room fee. It is done by taking a deposit of at least half of the room fee. In some hotels, a deposit equal to the room fee is taken. Our hotel started operating in 2008 and various renovations and improvements have been made regularly until today. Our renovation works are currently continuing. 10 minutes for breakfast.
