The room and services were not bad, which is at the average 5-star level. My friends did not have breakfast in the hotel, however the quality of the food in the hotel is generally good.

Nice hotel in a good location, walkable to the bund and peoples square (20mins?). Not as upmarket as it used to be, and in need of renovation, but signs say this will happen early 2024, would book again, and hopefully a few ******* will be improved! Perhaps not worth the extra for the fancy rooms?

W on the Bund was a very nice discovery. The location is perfect ! Right in front from the North Bund promenade, which is a perfect place for taking a nice walk in the morning or getting the perfect picture at night. The rooms are amazing , the bed is perhaps the nicest I’ve slept in in some time. Breakfast buffet is amazing!! The personnel is attentive, kuddos to Claire , that helped us with the check in.

been my 4th time to stay at bathe Sunrise and the concierge in the lobby always recognise me and is super friendly and super helpful , only this time the C trip app somehow in the booking allocated a twin und stead of king bed but the check in staff fixed it nicely. With the Hotel super happy with the C trip booking app not so much

Please read this review carefully! ! ! The location is close to the subway station. The decoration of the hotel is okay. The facilities are older than the price. The outside is very noisy because the subway line 3 is an aerial track! There is a sound every time the subway passes by! You can't avoid it even if you close the window. As long as there is a sound in the room on the south side! ! ! The room I chose was a Canghai twin room, but it didn’t match either. The twin room was a converted double bed room, and it was very crowded! If you change to a regular queen bed in the back, you can only change to the south side. The north side is not close to the subway and you should not be able to hear the sound, but you need to pay the difference of 100 yuan. Facilities: No robot takeaways, no smart toilets, and no hot air from the air conditioner. Service: The two ladies at the front desk provide very good service! I was given two bottles of hot water and fruit when I entered the door, and a white rabbit was given as a gift when I checked out🐰 to give these two beauties a good review

The front office works very good that she let us into the room first whilst she was doing the checkin administration. The hotel itself is an old building, but they seem to renovate the room coz the room design looks quite updated, but not the bathroom. Anyway they are clean enough for us to stay. The location just right around SISU university, quite a walk from hongkou stadium mrt station, around there are quite convenient store when u need something or just buying some breakfast, next to hotel there is a yunnan restaurant whose owner is very nice, they cook good foods too...

[Real Feedback] I took my kids to visit the Gundam Base and Fudan University. After choosing and choosing the Hailun store, I decided on the Hailun store. The location is very good for our trip. Public transportation and Didi taxis are very convenient! There is a supermarket and restaurant downstairs! 1⃣️Hailun store has fewer room types than other cities, and the area is very small. The corridor restaurants are all mini-type. Living in a large area is really not suitable for the whole season. 2⃣️The sound insulation is slightly poor, after all, the rooms are densely packed, and every inch of land is precious! 3⃣️Although check-in was a bit slow, the guy and girl at the front desk were very patient! This place was really nice! You have to go up to the fifth floor for the concierge, he is really friendly. The room was super clean and they provided an array of bathroom amenities. The location was very convenient and about a 5 minute walk to the subway. We had an view of the Bund and it's very beautiful at night. We would definitely stay again. 🙂
