It was a overall pleasant experience. Staffs are kind and friendly. The room and bathroom are spacious and well decorated. Special thanks to Mr. Oliver from the executive lounge for providing information beforehand on the activities the hotel offer, suggestions in planning the stay. The hotel management is well coordinated but the Healing touch( the spa which is a separate building) isn’t very coordinated. Although we pre-booked one activity, after we arrived they weren’t ready and we only could do it after half and hour, so we missed the next activity as planned in the schedule. The breakfast is as per standard hotel. The staff provided a health card in the room to note blood pressure, it was supposed to be checked by the staff at breakfast to provide special diet recommendations. There wasn’t anyone at breakfast for consultation. Overall the experience was fun with special teas, herbal bath and various sessions. But with all the crowd and wedding parties, it didn’t feel a quiet spa resort.

This is my second time staying at Orange Hotel (Shanghai Jiangqiao Cao'an Highway Branch). The service from the front desk clerk is still warm and the arrangements are very thoughtful. The hotel rooms and environment are very elegant. The living environment in the room is comfortable, no smoke smell, plenty of hot water, and disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs, etc. are provided. It is very close to Hongqiao Station and the airport, and the transportation is convenient. It's very quiet at night and the room is well soundproofed!

The room is clean and spacious, Atour's bedding is very comfortable, the mattress and pillows are great 👍, the elevator is also fast, you don't have to wait for a long time during peak hours, the TV can cast the screen, the network signal is good, the hot water temperature is just right, breakfast There are many varieties, I recommend the scallion oil noodles 🍜. When we checked out, we were given a few bottles of water to drink on the way.

The room was clean and the toilet was smart! The curtains are also smart! The TV is Xiaomi! The pillow is the kind of memory pillow, very comfortable! Breakfast is a simple buffet, not bad! The front desk lady is very enthusiastic, call the front desk to need a few bottles of water, all of which are water sent by this small robot. Need a hanger is also a small robot to send! This place is a subway transfer from Hongqiao Station, it takes an hour! Taxi is still very fast, 20 minutes! Comfort ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!

Fantastic, warm, personable, friendly, helpful, patient, staff. Amazing how comfortable and welcomed, a warm smile, and a quiet, enthusiastic voice, can make a guest feel-the senior front-desk lady, and the gentleman on the morning shifts. The young lady, the new employee, is naturally an excellent customer service person, with the friendliest personality. Even the lady and gentleman cleaning the rooms were remarkably excellent, and welcoming. Looking forward to staying at this hotel on our next trip to Shanghai. Definitely 5 diamonds in staff friendliness, and overall customer service.

This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel. It is all due to the sincerity and enthusiasm of the front office manager Wang. Due to some reasons in the hotel, manager Wang took the initiative to upgrade us to an executive room for free. Every time we checked in, he asked us if we had any needs in a very humane way. Be as content as possible. Under his management, the waiters also worked well, and check-in was friendly and fast. If there is a chance that Manager Wang is still working in the store, we will stay there again.

I've been to two families in Bliss Soup, one is Biyun and the other is here Biyun seems to be not as big as the Jinsha River, but Biyun has a large projection and tatami seating area, so the impression is very good. There are almost no people here on weekdays, so it’s not crowded but it seems a bit deserted. The dome sofa bed in the rest area is quite innovative, but it is recommended to add more entertainment facilities, such as movie releases. The overall service is good. The elevator smells good!

Missia Hotel, No. 2038, Caoan Road, Shanghai. Location: Business trip to Shanghai, the closest budget hotel to the company. Business is booming and rooms are often full. There is a convenience supermarket and several snack bars downstairs. The choices are limited and basically meet the needs of life. service: The service is enthusiastic and proactive, and will take the initiative to say hello and respond to requests. My room is a bit noisy, and the waiter has been actively helping me to change rooms, but unfortunately I haven't checked out from the other side of the community, but I am still very grateful to them. Room size: The superior view room is not too big, with floor-to-ceiling windows on both sides, overlooking the night view of Shanghai, which is good. Room facilities: There are too few sockets in the room, and a socket on the wall is also loose. The only way to recharge the water is to use the socket next to the bedside table.
