I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived, always ready to help with anything I needed. The free airport transfer to Hongqiao was a huge convenience and made my travel so much easier.
One of the highlights was the robot delivery service—super efficient and fun to use! It added a modern, high-tech touch to the experience. And of course, the adorable cat in the lobby absolutely melted my heart. It made the atmosphere feel warm, cozy, and unique.
Overall, this hotel combines excellent service, great amenities, and a charming personality. Highly recommended! — Eric & Ping :)

Staff was very kind, room was decent, I would come again in the future. Was worth choosing this hotel. Breakfast was decent although more meat would be nice.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location was excellent, rated 5/5, and the cleanliness was impressive, also earning a 5/5. The service was attentive and friendly, rated 4/5. Facilities were good, making this a great choice for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. Highly recommend!

前台服務熱情，升級了榻榻米房型，但也沒有很大。衞生打掃沒有特別乾淨，洗手池沒用就有頭髮，漱口杯都有裂痕了還沒更換掉。早餐種類挺多的，就是餐廳椅子太少了，高峯要和陌生人拼桌。隔音還可以，但是臨主幹路不可避免有點車流聲，總體不錯的！

Orange Hotels from my experience have been a good standard of service and have alwyhad great rooms and amenities and this one is no difference, for people looking for somewhere nice but not overly expensive new the airport area I highly recommend!!
