I would say the service is one of the best hotel service I had met so far in china. The staff I met do respect customer queries and feedback and tried to fulfil your need & served you in a good manner. Most important the staff is patience too. Breakfast is also well spread. Shuttle bus service is arrived in time and fetched me to disney & pudong hotel. And able to liaise with e concierge service via weixin chat on e booking too. Hotel bed is excellent and my son love it so much!

Very good location for one night sleep before Disneyland. We arrived at night time. Our key was just lying on a piece of paper with our room number. And we checked out at 8 am. Good place. Haden't any interaction with the staff. The entry floor has a bar in front of the reception. It was very dirty and smelled alcohol. but the room was clean.

The breakfast was mostly Chinese style with a few bread options. There is a train that passes nearby that could cause a noise disturbance if your room is facing it. My room was not and I thought it was nice and quiet. Overall I'd stay here again if I was going to Disney.

We love this hotel for its spacious room and cleanliness. They provide a shuttle bus services to the Disney park and it only takes 5 minutes drive! There is also a free laundromat for guests to use which we love. However we realised some guests tried to cheat the system and trouble staff to help them wash instead of queueing up like how it should be. Fancy queuing after midnight only to have your queue cut by someone who aren’t physical there. I mentioned we love the shuttle bus which was very convenient. However on the last day of Disney something disappointing happened. We decided on the 930pm shuttle bus and the bus wasn’t there when we arrive but that is okay. A family of less than 5 pax was already in the queue and had been harping to the driver and loudly that they are a group of 19 pax. Their other 14 pax family members came after me and other guests and conveniently went to the front of the queue. After the bus arrived their head of family blocked the door and did not allow other guests up. When we tried to go first. They said we were cutting their queue and told us to go behind. In the end other guests were almost asked by the driver to take the next shuttle bus which was 10pm. This is very ridiculous as everyone has been queuing up group by group and it has been a first come first serve basis in Disney park. The hotel should not allow this to happen again where a proper queue flow was not established. It is unfair to others who took the effort to come early for the bus.
