Atour Hotel (Shanghai Lujiazui Nextage)

I think the location of the hotel itself is great (one minute walk to an exit of a metro, and another line nearby as well) but the building that Atour is in is also shared by others, so you'll usually see office workers coming in and out. There are four elevators so it wasn't too bad, but I think the building is on the older side. The facilities don't look very modern. The windows are only half windows, and there's a very overall gloomy and dim lighting within the rooms. I definitely wanted more natural lighting for the deluxe king room. There is a laundry room, but only two washers/dryers. Toilets are not too modern (no bidet) and look very old. Shower drainage was an issue, but the staff came and removed one of the pieces in the drain system so water ran quickly afterwards.
