定了個最貴的影音大床房26-30平，結果給了個20平不到的，房間小不説窗户還不大。給換了一間以為大窗户早上起來一拉窗簾居然半個假的。服了

酒店內部環境不錯，大堂寬敞明亮。酒店員工態度和藹，有問必答。房間設施齊全，床上用品舒適柔軟，衞生間整潔有序。早餐品種比較少，但基本能吃飽。

週六晚上八點多過去的，停車是真難，剛好遇到倆個貨車錯不開車，堵了十幾分鍾。辦理入住時前台要求聯繫銷售報備才能享有集團的協議價（之前所去的維也納都是直接報公司抬頭即可）前台服務意識太差。酒店分部有點複雜（一層有4排房間）來回找了幾遍才找到房間，洗澡的時候發現花灑卡扣壞了，衹能低着頭洗澡，用完浴巾發現上面還有個蟲子。半夜十一點多被樓上拉浴簾的聲音吵醒（隔音太差）。因為平時紙質發票比較方便，退房時要求開紙質發票，前台説沒有紙質的，不提供紙質發票，在我要求下，又説有紙質發票。

出差來的，價格便宜，周邊吃飯方便，吃的菜品選擇很多，就是離地鐵站有點遠，來回折騰必須要坐計程車10分鐘，地鐵站到上海虹橋火車站衹需要35分鐘
