Room is little bit smaller than I expected, but clean and cozy. The atmosphere of the lobby and restaurant area are so nice, and food also good too.

Good location near shopping area, nice services, free flow beer 17:00-18:00. Room space quite small. Overall perfect hotel. Recommend!

We booked and paid for 4 nites stay but due to some reason we could only check in one day later, so only stayed 3 nites . Thought there’s no refund for the unused one nite, the hotel was kind enough to give us free breakfast.
Location is fantastic, easy accessible to Hakata station, Canal city, Tenjin…
The room is a bit small though.

the bad point was the soundproof, I could hear people talking all them full conversation. When they were in the bathroom I could hear everything even fart. Also mornings and nights I heard people making out. That was kind of terrible... so if you are a light sleeper, I would not recommend at all.

Parking space is so far, -1 service. The counter staff is excellent in speaking English, +1 service. Breakfast is yummy and healthy with lots of salad. The room is small and humid.
