The reception can't speak English. The room is clean but the bathtub has hair and dust. It is about 1-2 kilometers from department stores and food.

Very good hotel! Subway station is 10 minutes by walking. Quite and clean rooms, good view. The WiFi is not stable - it’s a single lack.

因為五一在國際會展中心有鐵道和方舟的活動所以就選擇了這家酒店，訂的時候價格相當實惠（甚至含早餐），我都懷疑是不是有坑，結果住進來才發現出乎意料地好。
酒店旁邊是檢察院，整體街道環境都特別好，房間相當大，帶浴缸和一個小沙發，雖然住在15樓但是浴室的水量特別大，交通也方便，離二汽莘莊站和春申路地鐵站都近的，早餐因為本人食量比較小所以沒咋拿東西吃，種類還是蠻多的，在外頭逛了一天回來休息也是很爽。
要特別表揚一下酒店的服務，因為趕動車所以退房的時候比較急所以把一套衣褲給落在衣櫥裏，到家之後才發現，打掃的阿姨和前台工作人員都特別細心幫我寄回家，真的很感謝。
如果明年週年慶還有活動還會來金燕大廈的！

金燕的早餐質量忽高忽低，這次的質量還不錯。
這次住的11樓，發現11樓的房間設施不太行，別的樓層好像已經開始修繕了，之前住的13樓就很好
