The location is pretty good, the commercial street is very close and the subway is about one kilometer away. Sanitary conditions are average. The price is relatively cheap and suitable for traveling and living alone.

I have to be honest. It's a bit of a disadvantage for people who have trouble sleeping because the sound insulation is poor. I couldn't fall asleep all night because of the sound of playing games. I could hear the Simmons mattress of the neighbor who went to the toilet and turned over clearly. If you don't care about these and just want to stay for one night, then it's not a problem.
