The room is very satisfactory, there is a pick-up and drop-off, the front desk service is super good. Still a good experience. In the morning there is also breakfast from 7 to 9 o'clock.

衞生：有蟑螂你敢信？大虹橋周邊的酒店居然能有蟑螂！幫同事訂的，同事説農家樂都比這裏乾淨！
服務：因為是幫同事預訂的，所以我在攜程上提了要開發票，一週多過去了發票還沒收到，就致電詢問，我的天，對方這位男士是太上皇還是什麼？態度超級強硬，説“我們看不到你的要求！”做酒店是做服務，我也沒讓你把我當上帝，衹是平等的對話都做不到嗎？！並且一直跟我強硬狡辯一堆。然後我聽不下去説你告訴我怎麼加微信吧，加了之後我想説一句“我加了麻煩你通過下”這句話沒説完那邊就掛斷了！

完全圖文無關了….實際房間又小又破又舊，牆壁有裂開，桌子上有不明黃色污漬，感覺除了床都不太敢碰別的東西🤦♀️辦入住的時候問了前台關於機場接機送機服務的問題 感覺態度也是很不耐心略傲氣了….體驗很差

提前訂貴了近200，後來聯繫攜程客服給處理了。落地浦發住的是漢庭，接機服務特別好。出發虹橋住這裏，接機服務態度不好，沒有耐心。我一個外地來的人知道香蕉城在哪裡，一點耐心也沒有。訂之前酒店前台男的説幫我安排5.30送機，後來過來入住前台女的説5.30送機滿了。讓我們自己滴滴，嚴重影響我們行程。態度特別差。環境衞生很差，不值得推薦的酒店。
