In more than 20 years of living, this was the worst accommodation experience. 1. The address on the platform does not match the actual address. The address on Ctrip is very close to the attractions, less than one kilometer from the Bund. The actual residential address is four kilometers away from the Bund. Isn’t this deceiving consumers? 2. There was no disposable comb in the room. After contacting the landlord, he bought us a disposable comb. 3. You can check in at 3 pm, but you have to check out at 12 noon, so you only have 21 hours of stay. Does it take three hours to clean the room? 4. You cannot store your luggage. You must leave after checking out at 12 o'clock. If you want to continue to play elsewhere, you can only find a place to spend money to store your luggage. In addition, the toilet smelled bad and the experience was very bad, really bad.

The location is good, close to tourist attractions. It's only 2-3 stations away from the subway. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the nearest subway. The place is also relatively quiet and not too noisy. The room was quite clean but missing some basic household appliances. There was no dishwashing detergent so I didn't use the utensils provided. There is no way to wash it after use. The landlord was considerate and bought me a bottle of mineral water as a gift. I asked the landlord why there were no cups in the house, and the landlord immediately bought a single-use paper cup and delivered it to me. There are towels, toothbrushes and shower gel available. The bed was also clean. When I said the network was stuck, the landlord helped me change the router. Although the room has a few household appliances, it is pretty good. It is recommended that everyone consider this room. The landlord will actively respond to your questions or inquiries, so don't worry. Place location is good. Quiet district and is just 10 mins away walking distance to the nearest subway. The nearest subway station is Shanghai Train Station. It is quite a centralized location.You can go to many tourist spot from Shanghai Train Station.The room is clean but lack some basic necessaries like dishwasher liquid and toilet paper. I didn't need both items so i never ask the landlord for it. I am sure if you ask , they will provide. Landlord is kind enough to buy mineral water for me and paper cup as there is no glass in the unit. Towel and toiletries are provided. Although missing household items, but the place and service by the landlord is good. Recommended if you looking for a few night stays.
