We were not staying at the hotel , but having met some rather rude waiters in the “we are so busy we don’t care” area around the palace we spotted the roof top terrace advert. Great view and the beers were cold and tasty. Marta in the rooftop bar was friendly and efficient - so hospitable, professional and full of interesting conversation. A Star! On reception I needed help with purchasing some tickets on line Helena was amazing - polite, professional and just brilliant in every way. She navigated the Spanish website for me and the tickets were sorted. Again a Star! If these two wonderful people are a reflection of the hotel then - wow! Big thank you to both ;)

Fabulous apartment in a fabulous location with views that are just stunning. This was a real treat and a great find. Lift direct to the room, stylish decor and thoughtful complimentary drinks. The terrace is amazing and a wonderful spot to sit on an evening. We stayed in the top suite and as there are only 3 apartments in the block it was never busy. Had a wonderful chat with a great Australian couple one evening and what a place to chat . Definitely would stay again and highly recommend them. You have views direct on to the walls of the Real Alcarez Palace and the Cathedral. Ideal location for all the tapas bars and also cafes . Such a beautiful city and superb location.

Very good store: Just beside Seville Cathedral, walk out of the alley, the beautiful city center, walking distance to any attraction, safe at night, alleys are tourists, there are Watching the flamenco show, there is dinner, there is a night view, very lively! The owner also has a restaurant next to it. It is very romantic. The small hotel is a typical Arabian-style house with 3 floors. There are 3 people, suitable for couples and families to live in, and can experience the local residential life very comfortable! very comfortable! Same as home! It is recommended to stay here, one is the restaurant and a small garden, there is a band singing, there are orange trees with big oranges, the oranges are all over the floor, so beautiful!

The hotel is ideally located in the centre of everything. The room is quite small but that's what I would expect from a ”boutique” hotel. It had everything we needed and the ensuite even had a small bathtub which was great for me and a bonus considering we are on the continent. The staff were very polite and helpful, anything we did ask for was dealt with straight away. The roof terrace is sweet and there is a bar with an outside patio space in the square as well. It was our first visit to Seville but it won't be our last and we'd definitely look to stay here again

Nice hotel and great customer service. Bought the breakfast option and it was actually not bad for the price. They also offer free coffee mini bar at 6pm. The room I got has stairs, so be cautious when opening the door! My room has patio and it is very private. Location is really good, close distance to the attractions. Recommended.

The good news:- it is absolutely ideally located for everything in the old town. There is a roof terrace with plunge pool at the hotel that can be used which they don't tell you about! The free walking tour is worth doing especially on a first trip to Seville to help get your bearings. Now for the bad: Having booked a ground floor twin room 5 months in advance, we were given a double on the first floor. After complaining and insisting on seeing the manager he eventually got us an incredibly uncomfortable camp bed for our first night. They did give us the room we had booked for the remaining 2 nights - but with stained linen on one of the beds. The breakfast is not a buffet as stated - it is very much portion controlled on a tray. Only one coffee capsule per person allowed (more available at additional cost). It is very noisy with banging doors (2 heavy front doors and each individual suite) going most of the night as well as a noisy pedestrian street with no double glazing. The nearest taxis can get to the hotel/suites is less than a 5 min walk. Not all suites have a kettle -so if you need one, check it is there. Apart from stained linen the rest was clean enough but housekeeping and some of the receptionists (not Alejandro) need re-training.
