The room layout is reasonable and the location is excellent. The hotel is in an old building. The facilities are indeed very advanced. The bedding is comfortable and the sofa bed is moderately soft and hard. The receptionist on the day shift was particularly enthusiastic and recommended popular attractions and restaurants. It was past six o'clock on the day of check-in, and there was no one on duty, so I didn't receive the access code email. Fortunately, I called the local escort and found the girl on duty before I could get in.

The apartment is in the city center and there is no washing machine, but there is an induction cooker for cooking.
The front desk closes at 6 p.m. If you check in late, you have to call before you can open the door and get the key.
Parking in a public parking lot next to it is more troublesome.

Modern, well furnished and clean apartments in a great location near shops and dining.
cons: housekeeping only once during our 5 day stay,
parking garage was a 3-5 min walk and expensive.

This is the best property we stayed during our 12 days trip in Spain. Rooms are very new, clean with full kitchen. They offer free laundry facilities that is very convenient. We well stay here again if we come to Seville again.

This is a hotel that is built using the structure of an old church. The hotel is in a convenient area close to shopping and sites. The parking although offsite, is conveniently located in a main underground parking garage. There are many restaurants and patisseries to choose from minutes from tge hotel so we definitely didn't miss having breakfast.
