Nobu Hotel Sevilla

Very friendly staff. Upgraded our room on our final night here and left extra treats. Chocolates every night also. Great central location. Quiet rooms. New and modern decor. Very clean and comfortable beds. Heavy rain at time of our stay but that didn’t stop us enjoying beautiful Seville.

The most over rated place I have ever stayed at. Waiting 16 minutes for a drink at the bar, when there are 8 people here may I add, to this morning asking for milk for coffee and being bought a cup and charged for it. We contacted reception personally, saying we had do not disturb on door so do we have to have to contact housekeeping, she told us no just turn door key around - just walked into room 9pm not touched. I can’t believe the price we are being charged for this and would not recommend to anyone. The room is so loud we have had zero sleep with everyone shouting outside, shouldn’t a hotel so renowned be soundproof, until 6 this morning there were people drunk and loud outside the window!!!!! I would have mentioned this to reception but felt anxious after her comments saying I was wrong about the milk! She actually put the error back on me which was quite frankly unbelieveable! The guy in reception is lovely but no name tag to give his his five stars but we tipped him. An awful place and so disappointed as it was our anniversary, I actually cried - not to mention checking out this morning, mentioning ants being in the room and bed and expressing our concerns and how we have stayed in other nobu hotels and so disappointed in this, but the receptionist awful didn’t even call a manager to express the issue we were stating about the ants - which have even got into my handbag, just awful awful awful - this should have been escalated for us to speak to higher powers that be but it wasn’t, don’t waste your money for a hotel name I feel totally ripped off!

TL;DR - The staff here was excellent. Room smelled like sewage. Restaurant just okay. Fairly disappointed by the hotel. The staff was fantastic and the room was neat and comfortable but there was a smell of sewage after our noses were acclimated to the cologne permeating the property. Also disappointed in the food. The service was fantastic with the staff taking the time to explain each course of omakase, however the food was whatever. I'm not familiar with the sushi scene in southern Spain but this was above average at best compared to restaurants in Atlanta. The ambiance of the restaurant is also a bit lost. We were seated in the back in what resembled a breakfast area at a Marriott. I would typically chalk it up to travelling with a baby, but there were a tables in the front with small children. Finally, the upstairs patio, while perfectly maintained, was unstaffed. We ended up just grabbing drinks from El Corte Ingles.

Beautiful hotel in the perfect location, can walk to everything. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Check in was smooth and we had a fabulous room overlooking the piazza. The rooftop has stunning views, we had drinks here one evening. Highly recommend!

Having read the reviews for this new Nobu hotel in Seville and how wonderful and attentive the staff are I was quite excited in booking with them. After looking at the website and assessing the room categories I sent an email on 24.11. with a couple of questions. That was replied to by Luis within the same day, excellent service I thought. Then I responded on the same day to make a firm reservation with Luis, specifying a particular room. But with no response after 3 days I sent a reminder email on 27.11. with still no response. On 28.11. I called the hotel and spoke to a female member (can't remember her name) at reception asking why no one has written back. The staff member found my email and stated they have been too busy to attend to this as they have been fully occupied. Not the response I was expecting from a 5 star establishment where answering emails is not considered an important virtue. The female staff member advised that she will pass this on to Luis to respond. But alas, still no reply and now a whole week has passed by on 01.12. A very disappointing experience if you cannot even converse professionally via emails with a five star hotel with only 25 rooms. I question if the excellent Guest Relations member Pablo Delgado is still with the hotel, whom other reviewers have given a favorable feedback.

Great Location. Fantastic service. Very kind staff. Without any doubt a great choice to stay at Seville. Highly recommended. We spent a wonderful weekend staying at Nobu and having also a great culinary experiences both at dinner and lunch at Nobu Restaurant. Top

The property is great sadly we experience a night without running water and it did have its inconveniences, no expected in a property like Nobu.

We had a fantastic stay at Nobu hotel in Seville. Upon entering the hotel we were given a very warm welcome. The staff at the hotel are friendly and approachable. The room was slightly dark, however , beautiful. The bed was extremely comfortable with luxury bed linen. Bathroom products were lovely. Roof top bar served delicious cocktails. The Nobu restaurant was equally as good as the hotel. Really great to see a high end hotel matching high end service! We will definitely be returning.

Everything about Nobu Hotel, Sevilla is exceptional: the gorgeous property, the fantastic location, the outstanding bar and restaurant and, mostly, the phenomenal staff. We loved every moment of our stay and we will absolutely return!
