You can only check in after 3pm. It's not far from the town, about 800-1000 meters walk.

Daniela, (Manager I believe) goes above and beyond her managerial role to ensure that guests feel very welcome. Our room (7) was excellent, very clean and comfortable with superb lighting. The only criticism we had (which we fed back to Daniela) was that, even with heating on, the room was not warm and the bathroom was really cold given that it had no heating provision at all, not even a heated towel rail. Our stay was during a cold spell in January so maybe it’s not always so chilly. Other than that our stay was faultless. Thank you Daniela.

Really good stay here again, this hotel is one of the cleanliness I’ve seen. Staff here are soooo friendly and helpful. Only thing I would say is please have some kind of car park or car park deal as the local one is fine but it would just be a bonus to have this

Room was dirty, extractor fan looked like it had never been cleaned since it was fitted. I complained on the first morning and was told it would be cleaned - it wasn’t. Aircon wouldn’t go below 19 degrees and it was incredibly stuffy and I had the worst nights sleep. Again, complained the first morning and was told it would be looked at and someone just came in and repositioned the remote and left the instructions next to it - but it still wouldn’t go below 19 degrees and the room was SO warm!!! Asked for the room to be cleaned and fresh towels, none were brought and room was the same as the day before. Complained again when I was leaving on the 2nd morning and was asked if I wanted breakfast to make up for it, but it was almost time for breakfast to end and I was too tired from such poor sleeps the previous nights and just wanted to go home. Wouldn’t stay there again, not for £160 for 2 nights when basic cleaning can’t even be done.

Booked a single room for one night, and this was a real surprise. What I got at what was always going to be a reasonable rate was a well designed double with a comfortable bed and a 4 star interior. It even had ambient lighting, which I discovered by mistake :) The brief contact I had personally with the staff was polite and efficient, but watching them interact with each other and with other guests, it was really impressive - they liked each other and plainly cared about hospitality. If you look at my immediately previous review, it really was an evening of contrasts.

Excellent service from Daniela the manager. She went out of her way to welcome my elderly father, and to support him for a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. This is the sort of service you hope for and hardly ever get anywhere else. Daniela absolutely deserves recognition and commendation for the way she delivers such excellent customer service.

While I was generally pleased with the accommodation and particularly enjoyed the breakfast offered, I encountered a significant issue concerning the opening hours of the bar during my visit. Upon arrival, I was informed that the bar would remain open until 2 am. This information was one of the factors that influenced my decision to choose the hotel, as it promised a relaxing atmosphere with late-night amenities. Regrettably, we discovered that the bar was unexpectedly closed for maintenance at 11.30 pm, which was much earlier than communicated. Despite my inquiries, the staff members on duty indicated that they were unable to do anything to rectify the situation. This experience was quite disappointing as there was a big group of us who had not met up for a while and wanted to catch up - shutting the bar disrupted the enjoyment of our evening and did not align with the expectations set forth by the establishment.
