The front desk and breakfast staff were very polite. The room was large and the bed was large. The sense of furnishings, functionality and cleanliness. The bath was clean and clean. Located at the end of Ael at the west exit of Sendai Station, if you roll multiple large packages, it is easier to go down to the ground floor at Sendai Station instead of the pedestal deck and walk on the sidewalk of the station front street and dive the X bridge. Check-in payment is manned, and the elevator is a type that touches the room key to the sensor and presses the floor button. Although it is a single room, the room is large to some extent and there is no feeling of pressure, although it is small, there is a sofa and a desk by the window, the desk has a power outlet and a LAN port, and the pillow has a power outlet and a USB port. The TV on the wall and Wifi are both down and up, and I am grateful for disposable slippers. There is no large communal bath in the hotel, but the bathtub in the room is large. The breakfast venue is a general Japanese buffet at the restaurant on the first floor. There were other local dishes such as beef tan curry, sasakama, pork and miso Miyagi Imoni, and if you say your own, there are long eggplant pickles, triangular oil fried, zunda, etc. ... Hotel Keihan Sendai has just opened. I was able to stay at a low price with the combination of Jalan's special opening plan and GOTO. I visited by private car, but there is a parking lot (Hot House Aoba-dori Daiichi Parking) in the basement. 1500 yen per night. Directly connected by elevator. Convenient. The location is next to the 77 Bank head office along Aoba-dori. Check-in is done by yourself on the touch panel and payment is made at the check-in machine. In addition to cash, credit card payment is possible. The room is a single room on the 9th floor. I was able to see Aoba-dori from the window in the corner room. The equipment is also new. The temperature of the lighting and air conditioner can be adjusted in 0.5 degree increments with the tablet at the bedside. The TV is a 43-inch made by Panasonic. You can also see mirroring of smartphones and YouTube. The unit bath is reasonably large. There is a lounge and Starbucks coffee machine on the 2nd floor, which you can get for free. (The next time I stay, I will have breakfast.) When I go to Sendai, the number of hotels I want to use again has increased.

This hotel is located a short walk from Sendai station, through Parco 2 and down Sendai morning market Street. There were so many food options close by we never had to go far for a delicious feed. The hotel itself has self check in machines that have an English option. They had lots of complimentary amenities on offer in the lobby including different types of teas, skincare products, hair products and bath products. The room itself is your typical business hotel. It was clean, had an all in one bathroom, small desk and air purified and humidifier. The bed was comfy and there was room under the bed to store smaller luggage items. I would definitely recommend this hotel as a convenient budget option

The room was equipped with a bottle of mineral water and Nescafe, as well as amenities and skin care products, which were a step above other hotels. Although the room was compact, it was on the 20th floor and had a great view.
The window could be opened slightly to allow for ventilation.
It was also directly connected to the station, and during MUJI's opening hours you could enter the hotel from the back of the store.
It was a weekday and the morning market was nearby, so I was able to go and eat oysters and scallops for breakfast. I would like to use it again.

Room is super spacious and love the scent of this hotel once you step into this hotel.
Walking distance to many places such as Sendai Morning Market , donki donki, Japanese local restaurants and Sendai Station ( a bit far )
If you didn’t book breakfast here is fine too, there are some restaurant nearby early in the morning for English Breakfast or to go.
We drove our car here , however you need to pay JPY 1500 per day to park your car.
Reception is at 26th floor so once you park your car you need to take lift to lobby and from lobby take another lift to reception check in.

It's a new hotel that I just made last year. I booked this hotel on an expedition for a concert. The room is a new hotel, so it's all shiny. The windows are big, the curtains are fashionable, and the water around the room is circling. Nothing to say! The size of the public bath was just warmed up -- the front desk was on the seventh floor, and when I returned to the hotel after the concert, I was able to take a row in front of the elevator. I bought lunch at seven on the first floor late. But when you can eat night meals for free...it was better than lunch. The breakfast was also the best. Just at 11 o'clock check out, there was a row waiting for the elevator on each floor, and I couldn't ride it several times and I sent it. I will ask for improvement there Next, if I have something to come to Sendai again, I will definitely book again!

There is plenty of space for two suitcases in the room.
The room has twin beds, which are comfortable to sleep in. Air machines and aromatic sprays are provided. Toiletries are available in the lobby, and even bathrobes are provided. The bathroom has a bathtub.
The check-in service is very warm, and you can also use express check-out when checking out (the room card is lost in the check-out box in the elevator)
It's a pity that I didn't have the opportunity to pay extra for breakfast this time. I will definitely try it next time I stay here.
It is very close to the back station of Sendai Station and just close to Hanamaki Bus Stop. There are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby, making it a convenient area.

GGuest UserWe stayed one night for trip to Tohoku. Hotel was brand new and SO CLEAN! Location: Literally 3 min walk from station. If you have luggae, it's tricky: come out on 2nd floor, going through connected bridge and use elevator at PARCO then ground level and hotel is next door. Great location walk to everywhere, has beautiful starbucks downstairs. Morning market is right behind the hotel; we were hoping that we could get some breakfast early in am. When we went at 8am, not many stores were open yet. We were able to get local strawberries for decent price and it was really good. Room: Got Relax Twin Room. Has electric massage chair in room with corner views. Views were not that great but room was very spacious, hollywood twins. Separate tub/shower and vanity was very nice, very nice decor. Coin Laundry: This hotel has coin laundry (all-in-one with dryer) and that's the reason why we stayed. We were able to see if Washer is in use or not with room TV which was GREAT. I felt we could have stayed other 2 nights (stayed at Metropolitan East due to its location) at Daiwa, it was very nice stay. Brand new, clean hotel in great location and great rates. I'd go back again next time next time!

JJennifer W.Perhaps the best hotel throughout my Tokyo - Tohoku trip. Comparatively spacious, staff speaks English well, the onsen spa is very affordable for guests, walking distance from Sendai station, hotel has unique 18th century European design, comfortable beds, good amenities. Only thing is that the onsen spa does not permit guests with tattoo, which can pose a bit of a problem in light of the free and open society nowadays. Perhaps the hotel can limit it to restricting only guests with ”tattoo sleeves” or something. Small cute little tattoos all over the body do not necessarily create a negative perception. I have 3 small tattoos on my body and I still went to the onsen nonetheless during non-peak hours, just to be respectful (I was all alone and would have left if it created discomfort for other guests). But love the hotel overall. Highly recommended.

GGuest UserUsed on family trips. It was clean and beautiful, but when is the public bath cleaned? When I used it in the morning, the chairs were in a messy row, and the places where there were no chairs were the same as at night. Children's amenities were not provided. Is the hearing at the time of reservation just to find out the accommodation fee?
The food was incredibly delicious. In addition, I was satisfied with free night noodles, ice cream, and coffee.

AAnonymous UserAlthough it is a little more expensive than the surrounding hotels, I chose it because of the popular breakfast buffet and the large hot spring bath.
○ The rooms are new and clean. There was only one large and one small towel provided, so it would have been nice if there was one more towel for washing.
○ Please bring your own towel to the large bath. It was surprisingly empty, and the bath was large and relaxing, so I was able to relieve my fatigue. The hot spring was artificial.
○ There are two coin laundry machines that do not require detergent. They can only be used during the large bath's business hours. The regular course takes about 2 hours from washing to drying.
○ The breakfast buffet has Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes as well as local cuisine, and I thought everything I chose was delicious. There are so many types that it would be difficult to eat everything. The breakfast venue has narrow aisles and tables, and it was already crowded around 6:40, so I recommend going there with plenty of time.
○ I think the Loople Sendai is convenient for sightseeing in Sendai city (Zuihoden, Sendai Castle, Osaki Hachiman Shrine, etc.). Loople Sendai is a circular bus that travels around tourist spots, and you can board it from the Aobadori Ichibancho Station bus stop from the hotel.
◎I'm glad I chose this hotel because of its location, rooms, breakfast buffet, and large public bath.

CCamper810753Until the first time or until you get used to it, you can listen to the explanation at the front desk. Entry and exit, payment is all your own terminal operation. It's not difficult, but at first you're confused. There is no dressing room and locker room just near the front desk. The guests have a key locker in their capsule room. I have never used it on a day trip, but I think that time bathing uses the locker in front of the bathing facility on the top floor. Since I put a training machine in the place where it was originally a dining room, there was no place to relax in eating and drinking. It is cheaper near the station, so it is much more cost-effective than entering the net cafe badly. Of course, we fly free Wi-Fi in the building.

TTomKXYI’ve stayed in many budget and business hotels in Japan. This was by far my worst experience. I stayed for several days to attend a conference nearby. The price was reasonable and location was close to subway and central city. There must be better options in this area and price range. Consider this a last resort hotel when bookings aren’t available elsewhere. Service was poor by Japanese standards. Rooms were run down and in dire need of renovations, it smelled a lot of cigarettes, especially if you opened the window. Walls were thin and it was difficult to sleep with noisy neighbours and firm uncomfortable bedding. A breakfast service is available but I don’t recommend this, the food available is limited and lacks the usual continental options or local specialties typical for Japanese hotels. I communicated with staff almost entirely in Japanese and I’m not sure they are able to accommodate foreign tourists who cannot. For these reasons I do not recommend this hotel, especially if you are visiting Japan from abroad.

The hotel is very old and the sound insulation is not good, so if you have a sleep request when you check in, you can ask for a quiet room. The hotel offers a free breakfast, but the breakfast is very simple, there are breads and the like, other is not opposite is AEON supermarket shopping is very convenient, usually can buy some simple food.

The hotel booked by Ctrip is very expensive. It may be big data killing. Do not use domestic software overseas. Download an agoda. It is convenient and cheap to book a hotel. You don't have to ask for a lot of personal information like domestic.
