I really love this place. Second time here, just as good as ever. The balance of old world charm with modcons is quite special. Huge old fashioned room in the ancient farm building but modern bathroom attached. The real reason for coming though is dinner - in their beautiful courtyard restaurant. Simple but beautifully done classic Italian food served with charm and attention. Quiet at night. Generous and great value. Faultless. And a wonderful breakfast in the morning

We relied on a blog having never been to Mantua. The context is very beautiful being the restaurant of a farmhouse. Overall polite and professional staff, fast service. The place is rustic but elegant. The colors and furnishings chosen make it a truly pleasant environment, even in their simplicity. The rooms are clean and well-kept. We ate well, the menu is typically with traditional Mantuan dishes, but overall the expense was not balanced. I found €8 a bit excessive for a small portion of vegetable caponata.

Edificio antico situato in una tranquilla zona rurale e sapientemente ristrutturato. Ampia camera con tracce di affreschi e soffitto con travi in legno a vista. Bagno moderno e spazioso con un originale gran lavandino in ferro. Colazione con prodotti locali e torte fatte in casa, tra cui una squisita crostata ai frutti di bosco. Da consigliare.

Abbiamo cercato un posto tranquillo fuori Mantova che ci permettesse di coniugare relax e visita alla città. Siamo rimasti molto contenti della nostra scelta ,a partire dalla corte molto ben tenuta ,con un piccolo corso d'acqua che la attraversa e popolata di oche anatre...la camera molto bella con travi a vista, molto pulita e letto comodissimo. Bagno ampio e funzionale. Abbiamo anche cenato per 2 sere rimanendo molto soddisfatti,semplicità e genuinità. Per finire le proprietarie Giulia e sua mamma sono persone molto carine educate ,che ti aiutano a trascorrere un piacevole soggiorno. Consigliatissimo.
