The food is the same every day The hotel is too far from all facilities except the airport

The location is great. The proximity to the hotel is worth it. The Hotel staff was amazing.

I was very pleased with our stay. The lady at the front desk was helpful by allowing us to check in earlier. The breakfast was delicious. I would stay there again.

Affordable, modern and clean. Perfect hotel for a good nights rest before a long flight.

The service at this property is next level! I stayed here for a couple of weeks, and was always greeted with a smile, the hotel is clean, the staff was very helpful with everything I asked about, and the included breakfast was pretty substantial.

Rooms are very nice, the one female manager was very nice, always greets you when leaving or comming in, in the morning

A place to stay as a stopover through Edmonton. Service was minimal at check in; not too friendly. Close to airport & has free shuttle.

Good! Friendly staff and nice rooms, just wish the shuttle to the airport was more timely! I waited an hour for a shuttle to come even though they said it would be there between 5-25 minutes.

I have stayed here before and had no issues. This time, however, my door wouldn’t close and the phone didn’t work to be able to call down for maintenance. So should I have left my belongings unattended or carry everything back down to front desk to address the issue?

We were placed in a wheelchair accessible room for some reason. The shower was very hard for a person standing up to use and flooded our bathroom. The bedding was clean but the rest of the room was filthy. Stuff splattered on walls, furniture dirty/dated and a huge water stain/water damage on the bathroom ceiling. Breakfast was very slim pickings and their juice machine was out of order and the toaster did not work. Common areas of the hotel were also not very clean. Definitely will never stay here again.
