Service staff polite and helpful. Provided us with a flask willingly and was always cheerful and welcoming each day Breakfast was basic but good enough. Location was very convenient. Restaurants easily accessible

Room is clean and comfortable. facilities are new,but parking space is not free and the access is limited to 10pm before only, and the room rare is quite whichq high similar to Tokyo, not sure if it was because of the fireworks. The firework is stunning btw!

We stayed at the hotel for the Atami Fireworks. Location is a nice easy walk down the slopes to the shopping streets. Plenty of amenities nearby. Room was clean and the space was well thought out. Staff is helpful. The carpark attendant that day wasn't the most friendly but that didn't spoil the stay. We were recommended not to drive to the pier for the fireworks because of traffic jam, which turns out to be true as cars were waiting just get out of carparks. However, it's a steep walk back after the fireworks as we followed google maps for the shortest route back but it surprised us with stairs. Could be an easier walk if we had retrace our steps although the distance would be longer.

Very close to Atami station. Enough parking lot Free and simple breakfast Highly recommended.

Good location. Not environmental friendly as using lot of instant materials like paper cups...

This hotel has minimum service. The room is small and is of weird layout. The included breakfast is too simple to be a “breakfast “. And, you can not temporarily store your luggages after checking out. We are not impressed by this hotel at all!

Staff is not friendly , do not cooperate, for all questions answered no. Did not explain at what time breakfast begins, did not present wifi password and so on No cattle in the room, no adapter, no internet, poor breakfast Not possible to leave a luggage after check out even for 1 hour. Disaster hotel..Do not recommend

Location is very convenient near train station and bus station. A lot of shops at the train station so easy get food. When you come out from train station building just turn left and walk straight , after pass bus station you will see the hotel building.

The location is second to none, less 400m to JR station, right next to bus terminal, with eateries and shops around… The hotel is new with sparking facilities. Only the breakfast is blank

Room in a good place and Atami fireworks fair is worth to visit.

Nothing special, just as normal hotel as you can get- close enough to the station

The hotel’s location has is impeccable & very conveniently located… just a 5 minutes walk from the train station! Some nice restaurants & eateries are located near enough & if you would want to venture for more choices, these places are not too far away… about 15 minutes/20 minutes walk to the coastal area.

Quite near the station and overall service is good. However, shops nearby close quite early (most of them closed by 7pm) and check in time is a bit late…

Large room, too comfortable, clean bathroom, great breakfast.
