優點:價格便宜，套間還這個價很划算。出門對面就是大海，這片沙灘也很柔軟特別舒服。周圍坐車很方便，公交基本都能到旁邊的十字路口。缺點:沒有礦泉水沒有一次性拖鞋。周圍2個工地在開工，半夜也不停的那種。本來以為就一個還説換一下能不能安靜點，結果一看那麼多換哪都一樣。酒店的用品是可以看出來洗了但沒換新的程度，枕頭的口水印有點噁心，枕頭也太高了建議換個低點的。整體而已，希望衞生搞好點，其他的還行吧

整體體驗感很不好，房間裏臭臭的，怎麼通風味道也無法散去，床單被褥也不乾淨有味道，很多設備都是壞的，門窗也是壞的被蚊子咬了一夜無法入睡，房間最基本的驅蚊和水都沒有，被蚊子和房間內的臭味影響的一夜沒睡，而且停車也很不方便，早上被堵在裏面30分鐘沒有開出來，整體各個方面都很差

先説優點，前台兩位男士工作人員服務態度很好很親切，這是唯一優點，然後是缺點1、衞生一般，不管住多少天都是沒有打掃服務的；2、設施比較陳舊，屋裡有蚊子，但是蚊香什麼都沒有，傢俱好像有個十幾年歲數了；3、最差的一點：因為在路邊，樓下早上是晨練的人，然後開始練習樂器，練唱歌的，傍晚開始是一溜排滿的廣場舞團體，用大音響放着DJ歌曲一直吵到九點半，出去玩兒了一天回來想早點休息是不可能的，好不容易消停了睡著了，半夜還有放煙花的，真的要瘋了，不推薦，以後來三亞肯定也不會再住了。

前台美女熱情好客，房間超大的露台，三亞灣美景盡收眼底，吹着海風，舒服啊，工作的疲勞一掃而空，交通方便，出門有公交車站，可以掃碼乘車，很方便，下次還來

首先位置很好，就在海邊，可以在公共晾台看到海，欣賞海邊日落，房間一室一廳，四個人住剛好，服務態度也很好，就是房間和配套設施有點老舊，其他都可以接受

海景真的無敵！！落日餘暉，非常美麗！下樓過街就是耶夢長廊，踏浪很爽很方便。屋內設施陳舊，但價格美麗，有舍有得。老闆態度極好，有求必應，還是很開心的！

#衞生衞生很糟糕，特大蟑螂，小蟲子，螞蟻，好多種生物和你一起。房間裏特別難聞的味道，聞的我肚子疼。#服務基本上沒有感覺到什麼服務。#位置交通位置還可以旁邊就是大海#房間設施太差了，走廊特別恐怖很久70年代恐怖片，沒有燈。所有設施都不便利，感覺安全性業不好，旁邊住的人能翻進來，陽台防盜門基本沒用，手可以伸進柵欄從裏面打開，從一進門，用的所有東西都不好用。#早餐沒有吃過#房間景觀唯一的優點就是一線海景#床太臟，太硬，枕頭黃的，都破洞了。我不是一個打差評的人，來三亞這兩天除了這家打的都是五星好評。太差太恐怖了，從你一進門。用的每一個東西，做的每一件事兒都不方便。太差了，太不方便了，被圖片騙了，真不值得為了海景住這兒。在也不會來了。
