We travel and enjoy it when a vacation residence provides a personal touch of elegance and pops with a surprise dose of the wow factor. Pezoules has it all plus high 300 ft spectacular views that have a show stopping essence. We recommend it without hesitation or reservation. There are seven rooms and our party lived in 4 of them for 4 days. We loved the amazing cave experience and were treated like a cross between family and honored guests. No one was or could possibly be disappointed.

Beautiful, traditionally styled, but newer feel and modern facilities oriented hotel. Near the centre of the Santorini action without being overlooked or too close to the more touristed areas. Staff were lovely. Couldn’t recommend it enough.

Small hotel (7 rooms/suites) convenient to main street Oia in Santorini. Nice room, delicious breakfast. We'd stay there again for sure. Not for the disabled (no place in Santorini is) - accessible only via many stairs - no elevators (no place in Santorini has these). The arrange-able airport pickup and return are recommended because they carry your luggage. Getting heavy luggage down to the hotel is difficult. Note due to size of hotel, pool and pool area are smallish - the pool seemed to be about 1/2 sized with room for many 4-6 guests, and guests generally didn't seem to hang out there (the beaches are crowded).

This boutique hotel has beautiful rooms, attentive staff, and a location where you don’t mind lounging on your terrace to experience the caldera views. They did everything right— the cleanliness, wonderful breakfasts, and help with bags on the stairs.

What a beautiful place! Words couldn’t describe the amazing views. Climb up to enjoy all the excitement of Santorini and go back to hide in your own perfect quiet world. Soak in the outdoor jacuzzi with a drink, it is a dream. Top services too! EVERYONE is super nice! They clean your room every time you leave the property! And there are always new things to try for a yummy breakfast on your own terrace. You will need to climb some stairs like all other cliff hotels and remember to look for Oia Parking(19 euros a day) if you rent a car, and the hotel bellman will meet you at the parking lot to help you with the luggage. This hotel will definitely make your experience at beautiful Santorini from wonderful to amazing! Love it!

Pezoules of Oia is the boutique hotel you're looking for! The attention to detail, the comfort, the luxury, the breakfast (homemade perfection), the location, the view, the bed (!), the pool, and the staff are all impeccable. It really is the perfect vacation spot to relax and unwind. This is our fourth time visiting this establishment with the wife, and all I can say is the moment we check in, all our troubles seem to fizz away. This is a life destination, and we'll keep coming back for as long as we can. Thank you Dimitri and Mirella for creating another unforgettable experience for us!

There are few places that have the visual impact of the side of the hill in Santorini and this place is perfectly placed to put that view in your site for the duration of your stay. We spent a week and have not had a better vacation. Great staff (so friendly and helpful and genuine), wonderful room, comfortable bed and bathroom, that infinity pool, the small but accommodating bar, wonderful advice and preferential seating and scheduling with great local restaurants. I don't think I would change a thing. Although if I didn't have to handle the steps there and back every day it might be nice. Breakfast is just awesome - coffee and fresh juice, fresh breads and pastry, anything else you want, fabulous yogurt and fresh fruit. The room was kept painfully clean. We watched them clean a room after some neighbors departed and it was a serious production. They really handle all the segments with professionalism and ease. Will definitely return.

Pezoules is an outstanding, small hotel on the caldera in Oia. The service was high level but in the same time so friendly, accommodating. Beautiful, clean room with all the amenities you need. Breakfast, deliverd on your terrace, was so delicious and tasted very fresh. In the evening they bring a candle ( latern) to your balcony. That was so special, I loved it. Oia is busy, but Pezoules is a haven of calmness. There is no sunset view from the hotel, but the view is still beautiful. The location is on the caldera, so you need to do stairs and it’s not for people with mobility issues. When you arrive someone welcomes you on top of the road ( where cars can come) and walk down with you and carry your luggage. I highly recommend Pezoules
