Breakfast is simple, but it is appetizing! Praise! Never have a room on the 4th floor! Too small and too small! The color of the room is too depressed! The floor is too slippery, be careful. Very big and clean hostel with a good social space to meet new likeminded people! Good bar and the hostel always has events going on every day to keep you busy. Walkable distance to the center. Would recommend to any solo traveler staying in Santiago!!

We stayed in this hotel for two nights while visiting Santiago de Chile, and my experience was pretty good. Check-in process was smooth with no complaints other than the lack of staff to escort the luggage. We got a room in the middle of the building and the room was spacious and comfortable with working heater plus air conditioner for warning up from the chilly Santiago weather. Unfortunately we were unable to enjoy the breakfast due to the constraints of our tour but overall we had a very nice stay and would recommend this to anyone who's looking for a good accomodation in the centre of Santiago.

When I first arrived, Scarlett was at the front desk. She was kind and very helpful. She went out of her way to make my stay pleasant and comfortable. I cannot speak highly enough of her. Ivan, Juan, and Guillermo also work at the front desk. In their presence, one always feels welcome. A few times a week Juan would play his guitar and sing, and what a powerful voice he has. I could listen to him all day. Acoustic music and singing have a way of opening hearts. The room feels alive and people feel more connected with each other. One day when I was sitting in the common area, the atmosphere was casual and relaxing. And then Juan shows up with his guitar and begins to play and sing. The room fills with sound, and everyone is spellbound and fully immersed in the powerful emotions being expressed. After he finishes, people are suddenly open and friendly and talking with one another. The vibe in the room is completely transformed, alive and social. The free breakfast provided every morning was excellent, a few different cereals and milk, and maybe some fruit and boiled eggs. They also have fresh bread that arrives every morning, and they have these spreads, jams and creamy chocolate that are so delicious. It's a simple breakfast with quality ingredients. There is a category of hostel that just stands out among the rest. You know, the ones where you feel like you get to know the staff and guests, and that you've made new lifelong friends. Well, this is one of those hostels. In order for a hostel to stand out among the best in the world, it must have excellent management. I give credit to the owner and the management. I never met the owner, but hostels like this just don't appear out of nothing. This owner must have a gift. To create hostels with such a welcoming atmosphere is a priceless gift to all those travelers in the world who love experiencing new cultures and making new friends along the way. I highly recommend this smaller, but cozier hostel to anyone who wants to relax in a welcoming environment, meet new people, and create memories that will last a lifetime.

The front desk service girl service is particularly good, whether it is arranged to arrange breakfast or answer various inquiries, the service is try and warm, and the English level is still very good. Security also always opens the door and greets. The bed cleaning and supplies in the house are very clean and dry, the side room is bright, the scenery outside the window is beautiful, the highest tower of the Americas on the left, and the famous snow mountain in the distance on the right are clearly visible. Overlooking the quiet and vibrant street. Only walking distance from the super mall at the foot of the highest tower, opposite Starbucks is the supermarket, surrounded by pizza, McDonald's KFC or other hotel restaurants. Convenient and safe transportation. The breakfast is rich and delicious. Yogurt, cheese balls, kiwi, ”sweet twist” and coffee are all my favorites.

It's a nice, boutique hotel. The rooms are nice, the bathroom is also nice, although very small, there is hot water in the shower, the air conditioning works, the internet is OK. The only problem is a lack of the window to the outside world, there is only one in the corridor, so the room smells musty. In the hotel there is a swimming pool (water is freezing cold!) with some tables and chairs, coffee is served all day long. The breakfast is served in the hotel restaurant, it is tasty, varied and colourful.

O café da manhã é servido até às 10h e é bem farto, conta com variedades de frutas, cereais, pães, frios, ovos e linguiça. Os funcionários são bem receptivos e atenciosos. Eles disponibilizam uma marmitinha de café da manhã (sache de café, chá,fruta, sanduíche, iogurte) para que você possa levar no dia dos passeios, basta solicitar até as 21h na recepção. A região realmente não é boa mas o hotel conta com seguranças a disposição caso precise esperar algum uber ou taxi do lado de fora. Foi bem tranquilo pedir carros de aplicativo tanto durante o dia quanto durante a noite. Próximo ao hotel há uma estação da Turbus (estação alameda) e tem um metrô do outro lado da rua

My husband and I stayed in an executive room for 5 nights in January-February 2020 while holidaying around South America. Positives: - a massive fresh, clean and modern room with nice views - good breakfast buffet - good wifi - friendly staff, except for the breakfast staff who were a bit aloof. - within walking distance to the metro station. We Ubered a lot, and this worked fine. (Taxi drivers, however, struggled, to locate the hotel for some reason.) - a nice cocktail bar on the rooftop. Negatives: - we had repeated issues with lack of hot water in the shower. Not acceptable. - we had to ask four times to get our laundry picked up. - no room service for breakfast, lunch or dinner. We were travelling for 3 months and sometimes you're just too tired to venture out for food. Had this been a business trip, I'd had been absolutely appalled as I tend to have room service dinner so as to get a moment's rest and solitude. Simply inexcusable not to provide this service. - music from the cocktail bar carried into our room one night, necessitating earplugs (we were on the highest floor). - the cocktail bar is, understandably, very popular with locals. While I fully support the hotel also providing a space for locals, there should have been some tables (as well as sun loungers during the day) exclusively reserved for paying hotel guests, because it was quite difficult to grab a spot in the relatively small area both during the day and evening. (The hotel appeared to sell daytime pool passes to non-guests.) - about to check out, we called the concierge to ask someone to help us and come pick up our luggage. To our surprise, they informed us that this service was not provided (?!) and that they'd had to ask for permission from someone higher up to send someone to help us. I thought it was a joke at first, it sounded so absurd. When we checked in, there was a bellboy who automatically took all our luggage so making a big show about providing this when checking out was just very odd. All in all, however, a solid four-star hotel.

We spent 2 nights/3 days here before boarding our Viking cruise. Highly recommend! Val at the front desk managed to get us us an early check in, which was much appreciated after we flew overnight from the US. Room was modern and comfortable with a GREAT view. We were surprised and thankful there was a USB and a 110v plug as we brought the wrong converter … would have been a real problem if we couldn’t charge our devices! The restaurant on the 17th floor was excellent, both for the food, the service and the wonderful view of Santiago’s financial district and surrounding parks. We ate breakfast there each morning and had drinks on the shaded patio before dinner each night. Ask for the hard copy menu in English if your Spanish is as rusty as mine. If you want to keep up your exercise, you can use the hotel gym OR the long, wide path that goes through the city that is right outside the hotel front door. Not sure how long it is (just did 3 miles) but bring your sunscreen as it is not shaded. Just across the street from the hotel is a building called CV Galeria. It has about 8-9 restaurants / bars across three levels, all with outdoor seating. Great options for dinner after a busy day touring Santiago with no Uber ride required! One tip: contact the hotel ahead of time to arrange a pickup at the airport. It will save you time and angst trying to navigate the airport and choose unknown transport… great to have a guy from the hotel holding up a sign with your name! In summary: great centrally located hotel in a safe area.

Hilton's standards: clean, comfortable, clean and environmentally friendly. There is a gym and swimming pool in the hotel, which is one of the options for relaxation during long journeys. The hotel included breakfast. Since we did not eat at the stipulated time, the hotel staff actually prepared the breakfast according to the standard and sent it to the hotel lobby for us to eat. It was very considerate and touching, and truly demonstrated the Hilton Hotel's service-oriented standards. . Finally, I would like to share that the hotel requires a taxi from the airport, but it is very convenient. There is a free reservation for the shuttle bus when you return to the airport for your flight. Remember to tip the driver. Not only will he drive the car smoothly, he will also help you get in and out of the car and carry your luggage. All in all, my stay at the Hilton San Diego Airport was a perfect experience!
