There is no way to contact them. I requested via Trip for airport transfer. I was directed to check with hotel directly via their email address *************************. I have written to them twice but to no avail. You cannot exchange money at the hotel. There is welcome drink on the 17th floor for a view. The window view in the room is nice too. The bed is comfy, the bath area and WC are separated but the wash basin is part of the room. We travel everywhere with Uber. There is a coffee maker in the room plus filtered water. These are ideal.

I had a wonderful stay, made truly special by the front desk and concierge team. From the moment I arrived, the lobby staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Check in was smooth and effortless, and every interaction felt personal and sincere. The concierge was outstanding. They offered great local recommendations and were always happy to help, making my time in the city easy and enjoyable. I was greeted with friendly smiles each time I passed through the lobby, which made the experience feel thoughtful and personal. This hotel shines because of its people. The front end staff truly elevate the stay and made me feel well taken care of from start to finish.

The Double Tree by Hilton Santiago is an incredibly neat and tidy hotel with magnificent views of the Andes, absolutely breathtaking. However, the room service app doesn’t work properly, leaving customers unsure if their orders went through. Despite this minor issue, it’s a great place to stay, and I do recommend it.

The hotel is located in the heart of Santiago, and is convenient for travel. However, I have to complain that you can't expect breakfast abroad. After staying for 6 days, the breakfast is exactly the same. After communicating with the front desk, I was told that the hotel breakfast is fixed for a period of time (it may change due to seasonal changes). It is really simple and can't be simpler. It can't be compared with China. The dining environment is good. There are floor-to-ceiling windows on the 17th floor. It's nice to enjoy the scenery outside the window. The freshly squeezed vegetable and fruit juice is not bad👍 Overall, it's good, but the difference between domestic and foreign hotels is too big. I can only say that the service and breakfast of domestic hotels are too good.
