The experience is find, therefore I’m here to wrote this comment. If that wasn’t I will never be writing this again and again. I’m just looking forward to have an other wonderful stay. But, there is no AC no AC no AC.

Great selection of drinks and food in the main restaurant. Rooftop bar breathtaking views! A la carte restaurants were very good quality but difficult to make a reservation for. Rooms were quiet and nicely decorated. Pool areas felt luxurious but not enough sun beds / attendants should remove towels/belongings when left for hours. Some people started playing their own music around the pool towards the end of our stay which ruined what was previously a great poolside atmosphere. Would stay again

Without a doubt thee best hotel my husband and I have stayed in. We spent 5 nights here for our honeymoon and we couldn’t fault anything. We booked the signature package, which i highly recommend as it includes all premium drinks, priority over sitting at the restaurant and a butler service which were 10/10. The signature package is pricey, however, if you can afford it, book it as it is so worth it for the experience. The hotel is clean, and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. The food is unbelievable also! Again we can’t fault ANYTHING about the hotel. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

Hotel excellent. The deluxe room we stayed in could have done with more storage space for clothes. Food was excellent, pool and bars excellent. Staff were superb.

This has to be one of the best all inclusive hotels we’ve stayed in .. the service from the minute we arrived until we left was absolutely fantastic , the variety & presentation of the food in caprichio restaurant was stunning , the dining room staff couldn’t do enough to help& always with a smile .. the rooms were amazing , we stayed in a deluxe with sea view , perfect for watching the sunset .. the bar staff around the pool area were brilliant , always making sure your glass was never empty .. loved the daytime entertainment around the pool area .. the gravity sky bar had a brilliant atmosphere at night for watching the sunset … the hotel is in a great location for the sunset ***** .. 10 mins walk away .. cannot wait to return to this hotel .

From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff were so accommodating. They upgraded our room free of charge! The all inclusive drinks and food were exceptional. Not watered down whatsoever. The variety of food was amazing! The wait staff around the pool were so friendly, knowledgeable and quick. Booking a cab to go explore outside the hotel was so easy, and waiting time was always less than 5 mins. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Especially if it’s a special occasion!

We had a fabulous stay in this all inclusive hotel, the food and drinks were excellent and of a very high standard particularly the meal in Helios. The staff were all very good, very helpful and thoughtful. We would recommend a stay here!

This hotel is amazing and the butler service has been excellent from start to finish, including the e-butler service that we used in advance of arrival. Valeria and Pauls have provided the best customer service! Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you ladies!
