出差訂到這家酒店，房間寬大，陽台很別緻有一個舒服的單人沙發。窗外的濕地公園近親收眼底，早餐豐盛可口，工作人員服務很好，尤其是離店時沒有預約送站時間緊，前台來不及派車，工作人員竟開了私家車送我們去了車站，着實感受到了温度，特意問了她的名字，董雪，謝謝啦！打算天鵝來的時候再次來到這裏度假🏖

位置頗佳，房間視野很好！酒店對面就是廟底溝博物館及遺址公園，離三門峽南站不到三公里，交通便利。
大廳裏的那幅畫太漂亮了，概括了三門峽的古今！

住過的五星酒店不算少了，早餐還可以，餐飲部的服務很到位，幫忙加熱食物，缺的餐點也能及時補充。下面提幾個遇到的問題，供加勉：
1、酒店內尚留有裝修的味道，而且一出樓層電梯看到的裝飾植物是兩小盆綠蘿，氣場有點不搭；
2、晚21:10左右到店，詢問加熱食物之事，被告知沒有微波爐能用了，餐廳已下班；
3、攜程下單的時候，會員權益有延遲退房和免費升級房型，到店卻被前台告知衹有在預訂的房型都滿房的情況下才能給升級房型！這作何解釋？攜程裏也不是這麼説的啊，華美達都能給升級，這裏沒的升？很詭異的操作；
4、房間結構很奇特，如圖1，拍攝視角為房屋大門，開門就直對兩張床；
5、飲用水配的是康師傅，這跟房價不太搭；
6、洗浴用品沒有配潤膚露。

房間很大，床上用品很舒服，泳池比較滿意，酒店整體服務很好。早餐的種類雖然不太多，但還算精緻能吃飽，總的來説性價比最高。唯一問題，房間會進來很多小飛蟲，大概是紗窗的孔有點大

房間很大，床很舒適，衞生間沒有異味。從酒店窗户看下去可以看到黃河。唯一不足是周圍吃飯的地方太少。早餐對於成年人來説很豐富，可對於小童來説有點貴。他們根本吃不了什麼。

很差的一次體驗，第一，下午五點左右到房間還沒收拾出來，説讓等會給升級房間，結果等了半小時還是原來的房間，房間沒升級想着可能會贈送早餐，畢竟等了半小時，結果也沒有！第二房間衞生真是令人無語，浴室條是掉的，牀頭櫃夾縫還有用過的衞生紙！絕對達不到四星標準，更別説五星啦！第三，泳池竟然還放假，無語😓

非常不好的一次體驗，空調開了一晚上，衹出風，早上才降到26度。早餐蝦餃也太鹹。小冰櫃裏的飲料你要麼就標上價格，一小瓶水9塊。入住時服務員説你取消攜程，便宜10塊錢房價，原來是這個套路，哎。

這家酒店在攜程上海號稱是5星，所以我才跳了三門峽最貴這家天鵝*國際酒店，但入住後，房間底板上黑油印，紗窗上存灰多而且還有泥巴，最危險的是洗澡間裏面有碎玻璃渣，我入住是711房，後來我提出問題後，改換到1812房，説是行政房，但設施太一般，和一些稍微好點快捷酒店設施查不多，但房間要比他們貴一倍，早餐每人**元，但無論品種還是質量都大不到五星級酒店的標準，所以我説不要相信攜程，他們根本不瞭解，攜程不要再騙人了
