The five-star hotels I have stayed in are not too few. The breakfast is OK. The service of the catering depar**ent is very good, helping to heat up the food, and the missing meals can be replenished in time. Here are a few issues encountered for encouragement: 1. There is still a smell of decoration in the hotel, and the decorative plants you see when you get out of the elevator on the floor are two small pots of green radishes, and the aura is a bit out of place; 2. I arrived at the store around 21:10 in the evening and asked about heating food, but was told that there was no microwave oven available and the restaurant was closed; 3. When Ctrip placed an order, the member benefits include late check-out and free room upgrades, but when I arrived at the store, I was told by the front desk that I could only upgrade the room type if the booked room type was full! How can this be explained? That's not what Ctrip says. Ramada can upgrade, but there is no upgrade here? very strange operation; 4. The drinking water is provided by Master Kong, which doesn’t match the house price; 6. The toiletries are not equipped with body lotion.

The room is large, the bedding is very comfortable, the swimming pool is quite satisfactory, and the overall service of the hotel is very good. The only problem is that many small flying insects will come in the room, probably because the screen window is a bit big

The room was big, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom didn't smell bad. You can see the Yellow River from the hotel window. The only downside is that there are too few places to eat around. Breakfast is rich for adults but a bit expensive for children. They can't eat anything at all.

It is definitely No. 1 in Sanmenxia. The hotel has an excellent location, convenient parking, and friendly staff. The receptionist Wang Yujiao was very satisfied with her warm reception! The people are super nice, their attitude is really good, and they are not impatient at all!
