酒店是新開的，很新。全屋都是語音智能控制，很方便，早餐很好吃，符合湖南人的口味。停車很方便，酒店説免費的停車場還沒修好，需要自費停車費。

這是我住的第二次酒店，也是我第二次住的酒店圖片（花的觀景房的錢看見的是對面住户的景），第一次訂的不是觀景房，卻能清楚的看見夜景。還有，維也納今年才開酒店的馬桶就出現了問題，上了廁所沖不了水的情況（無法形容）。本人在攜程下單多兑換了兩份早餐（一共四份），在我找酒店工作人員情況的時候她説不清楚，後面説這是攜程的問題，他們一個房間衹安排兩個早餐券（出現這種情況每天提前告知消費者）。最後還是攜程這邊兑換的早餐券，上次來的時候問核酸問題，酒店前台也要找人問半天，我個人覺得酒店面對這些問題沒有好的處理方式

7月份才開的酒店～所以設施設備非常新，房間整體裝修不錯～床上用品，洗漱用品都很奈斯～頂樓風景也不錯，另外，早餐豐富，滿意的一次入住體驗！

酒店位置好找，就在澧水橋頭。大廳氛圍很好，前台服務員熱情好客。客房乾淨整潔，設備都是智能化控制的，好方便的説，最喜歡那個投屏功能，很實用。空調效果好，床上用品柔軟。洗漱用品好高檔的，用起來很舒服，熱水很快。值得推薦！！！

前台小姐姐接待挺熱情，告知的很清晰，房間裏面全是智能的，感覺很高級，孩子都喜歡。早餐也很豐富，總體來説，非常不錯，值得推薦
