Just returned from 10 night stay, great value for money for price we paid for holiday with TUI, food was on the whole good, plenty of choice at every meal time, restaurant got a bit busy sometimes but we tried to avoid peak times, had a ground floor deluxe room with private terrace overlooking pool (room 29) which was great, beds comfy, overall very happy with our holiday to explore the region, we did 2 TUI trips, Gibraltar with rock tour and Ronda, both excellent, TUI reps, Louise & Troy were very helpful too

Just home from a fantastic 11 days holiday in this amazing hotel. A massive thank you to all the members of staff. Globalees the staff here are worth there weight in gold From checking with the friendly receptionists to checking out it was brilliant. All the staff were fabulous from the housekeepers ,resturant staff,bar tenders and gardeners so very friendly everyone you passed said "hello" We were given a detailed easy to follow map of the complex and found our room quickly. we had emailed the hotel 2 weeks before our arrival and requested a top floor pool facing room (if possible) and was not disappointed. The complex is made up of named blocks of rooms 2 or 3 storeys high set in imaculate gardens and beautiful flower beds The only one with a lift is Almeria which was ours. The room was bright,spotless and welcoming. There is plenty of open wardrobe and shelving space,a dressing table and good lighting,lots of sockets and mirrors. We had a good size balcony with standard patio furniture and a pool and mountain view. The bathroom was spacious clean and well maintained. The shower over the bath was adequate. I suggest you get a slip mat for the bath. They are available on request. The complex had 4 pools. The main one is where the water games and some of the days entertainment is held. There is also a pleasant shaded seating area with tables and chairs. This pool has the most sunbeds and 1 parasol for every 2 sunbeds. So no need to queue at stupid o'clock for a sunbed. The main square is the hub of the complex. It is set in beautifully manicured flower beds. Here you'll find the restaurant,snack bar, main bar, the quiet pool and kiddies pool. You also have access to the rooftop solarium. All the evening entertainment is in this square with ample tables and chairs. Also a small area with a pool table and games for the teens. During certain days the barbecue is fired up and fresh paella is made along with sangria. (yummy) It's a good place to enjoy a drink and relax during the day. There is another bar indoors that opens of an evening it has a large seating area and a few tables outside. The reception also has a comfy seating area to chill in. The evening entertainment consists of kiddie time till 9pm then live music shows bingo and quizzes. The animation team are brilliant and work non stop. The restaurant is clean and bright .It can get busy at certain times.There is an cool anex at the back of the resturant.We choose to eat here as not as busy. The food is as you would expect all inclusive Plenty to choose from fresh salads, pasta, pizza, fresh grilled meat and fish, and the usually aray of potatoes and vegetables. Desserts and icecreams. Some nights are themed nights. Mexican,Chinese etc. San Miguel is the beer on self serve with White,Red and Rose wine, water and fizzy drinks. The making of this holiday was the laid back feeling of not having to rush to do anything. There is a mix of nationalities and a good relaxed a**ospher

The food was so poor we stop eating there 0/10 we used a cafe call urban cafe just down the road which was cheap and fantastic food you could learn a lot from them Not a lot of food options for children The staff were rude spoke to them in Spanish did not answer , Took plates away without asking if you had finish We had deluxe room was more like standard no bug screens etc Standard of cleaning in rooms especially bathroom was poor 2/10 The gardens and grounds were nice Overall rating 3 out of 10 Came back cancelled rest of holidays booked with TUI this place has let them down big time

Obviously this is our opinion which is honest and fair. Extremely clean hotel pleasantly surprised at how good everything was. Reception staff really busy but helpful. One our suitcases didn't arrive at the Airport which was quite stressful. Absolute chaos with many flights arriving, there was no support anywhere. Troy-Tui rep who is based at the hotel was an amazing help and support, my Husband named him 'Track it Troy'.my suitcase arrived at the Hotel 4 days later thank goodness. Our room was great even though it overlooked a building site. The only fault was our balcony which had low walls either side so for us no privacy. Food was okay plenty of it but very repetitive and the hot food needed to be heated up. In all fairness you can't expect 5* food in a 3* hotel and the price we paid for our 11 night stay was a bargain. Coffee and tequila cocktails nice. Sunbeds around the main pool were good and quite a few umbrellas easy to get one at 8am. Evening entertainment was hit or miss for us Flamenco show and singers good. Bar staff work incredibly hard serving and clearing up. I personally think with very small changes the hotel deserves a 4* rating. San pedro and surrounding area lovely, I've travelled all around the world eating different kinds of foods the Chinese restaurant up the road is one of the best I've ever tasted. Italian also very pleasant. We met some really nice people who were more than willing to help us with items until our main case arrived.

This hotel far exceeded our expectations - for a 3 star hotel and the price we paid for all inclusive through Tui - we thought it was excellent value. With whitewashed buildings set around two large squares with beautiful bougainvillea and little courtyards filled with greenery, it's built to resemble a little white village. We went for a deluxe room, as it included the safe, wifi and fridge and were happy with our choice. The food was some of the best we've had on holiday - better than in many 4 star establishments. I particularly liked the seafood night, when I had clams, white crab, prawns and mussels - delicious! I loved the chocolate fountain we had on two nights too :) While we found it too cold to sit outside in the square for the night-time entertainment, we did enjoy the authentic little bodega bar which offered a good range of drinks - with plenty of choices for all inclusive guests. The staff were pleasant and hard working. You can walk to Puerto Banus, or get the hotel's free shuttle bus. You can also walk or get a bus to Marbella. We also caught the bus to Ronda - you buy your bus tickets from the little ticket office at the Boulevard in San Pedro. We're hoping to return next year!

First of all I will say this place is very nice, the room were nice and comfortable, cleaned daily by friendly staff, pools were well kept and surrounding grounds were beautiful, Now for the moans, some of the staff were very rude and some blatant liars, we arrived at 1 pm and were told rooms weren’t ready until 2, went back at 2 and was told quite rudely to get to back of long queue which I had already queued in, put towels on sun bed on way to breakfast and watched pool man who was washing ground blatantly hose our towels which were soaked, we complained and he lied about it, Went to snack bar and was making a toastie, a male canteen worker came up and pulled the plug out mumbling something in Spanish and was very rude, apparently you can’t use these machines at certain times but it was switched on when we got there, can’t work out why I could not use this anytime, bar staff poured drink and slam it down spilling most of it, Over all its ok but I would not return, food was ok but find out for yourselves, not my thing, lovely Chinese near by and a restaurant on beach near bridge over river

Always good here being going since 1996 however daytime activities this year for adults was very poor & except for two nights evening entertainment was terrible. The Bar staff, reception and restaurant staff as usual were always outstanding!

We stayed at the hotel for a week from the 28th of April. This was our 4th visit to this hotel. We upgraded to a deluxe room for this visit. Would recommend doing this as you get the safe included in the price. Usually costs 30 euros extra for the week also you get tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge. Plus you get a decent sized balcony. There is an excellent choice of food in the restaurant and the all inclusive drinks are a good standard. Its a 15 minute walk from the hotel to San Pedro or a 20 minute walk down the costal path to Purto Benus . The staff at the hotel are very friendly and extremely hard working a real asset to the hotel. The hotel as a lovely courtyard area to have a drink and watch the entertainment in the evening. There is also a large traditional bar area inside the hotel . Not sure why the uk tv channels are not accessible in the rooms this year as they were on previous visits. Overall an excellent hotel and very good value for money.

This is our second visit / it’s a 3 star with 5 star staff . Could not find a more efficient or friendly bunch - if you want to be full on with them that’s fine or if you rather sit back and relax also fine. Most people we have spoken to are return visitors and there is good reason it would be hard to find better value than here. It’s busy and the food is mainly good , I found it less varied than last year but my own kitchen is like this as costs are much higher - this hotel maintains good rates . They have a really nice animation team for little ones and for bigger kids some competitive games. The gardeners keep the place immaculate and the room cleaners are not far behind . Clean pools if a bit cold great bar staff and dining room staff work hard to make a tight space work for all .Ive noticed a few complainers about the reception team and have not experienced this at all , they are all smart multi lingual and helpful / if you have to wait then relax with a drink . Lots of great places to visit - good bus services and two towns walking distance - a great place to relax I’ll visit again
