Sheraton Puerto Rico Resort & Casino

It was an excellent hotel. The front desk staff was extremely helpful—a special thanks to Alejandra and also to a young guy (how I wish I would remember his name) at the concierge desk- who made my trip memorable by guiding me to do some fun things on this short trip.

I will NEVER stay here again, NEVER recommend this hotel or site again!!! From day 1 checking in up until my family and I were forced to leave the hotel. My original accommodations were canceled and I was not notified properly. On Monday August 9,2021 my husband received a phone call from front desk telling us that we had to be out the hotel ASAP. We were giving until 6:00 pm to be out. Note it was 5:52pm. House keeping didn’t bother us at all. It was front desk along with TRIP.COM Over $2500 paid and we were basically kicked out with no where to go. Things were closing. My husband and our two daughters had NO WHERE TO GO I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN OR USE THIS SITE!!! A total DISASTER

We stayed 1 night pre cruise, Overall this an Excellent hotel, great service all round, clean comfort bedroom, lovely pool area, very close to good bars and restaurants on district 8. Be aware of the expensive breakfast,

One con is that there’s too many people in suits while I’m on vacation in a bikini. I felt out of place…awkward. Other than that I loved everything about it.

The air conditioning around the property was set extremely high and it was cold. We had to shut down the ac in our room and needed to ask for an extra blanket as there was still cold air seeping through the vents in our room.

I didn’t like that the ****** looked as if it was under construction or had some water damage , it smelled like water damage. Also it was way over priced for the room accommodations

Room was not ready until 630 a big big problem. No one explained why we did get an early check out, but that was totally unacceptable when we were only there for one night preparing to go on a cruise.

Was very disappointed w/ service. The next mid morning (10:30) after arriving my wife discovered she had left her purse and phone in the previous nights UBER. She, having setup the UBER the night before made getting it back, and her purse difficult and impossible prior to our getting on a cruise ship that same day. We requested being able to stay in room until 2PM to work on canceling credit cards etc., but was told a fee would be charged. I mean, help a guy out!
