Spark by Hilton San Antonio Northwest near Six Flags

The hotel was lovely. The front desk people treated us amazing out of all the hotels I’ve been to their service was great and their pool was very clean.

Stay was ok. Had to change room due to tv not working. Has ice machine in hall but no ice buckets for room. No cups in room for water.

The room we got , the bathroom door didn’t shut, the room they switched us to had dead bugs in bathroom, empty cleanex box and a/c didn’t work that good. The breakfast wasn’t good either

The staff was friendly. The pool was clean bed was comfortable. Very limited selection for breakfast.

The room was clean and nicely appointed. The bed was very comfortable. The hallway carpet was dirty and stained. The breakfast left much to be desired. No hot choices. Prepackaged muffins. Bagels and a toaster. Not even any cold cereal.

The carpets throughout the hotel were filthy the "breakfast" was bagels and yogurt :( and the only reason I'm giving a two star is because the beds were clean and very comfortable

Bad experience beds are dirty and rooms smells nasty blankets not clean and. Have burns from cigarettes

Cannot believe this is a "by Hilton" property. Really shabby rooms, dirty carpeting, noisy AC unit, hair on "clean towels", bathroom faucet falling apart, empty conditioner bottle, no ice bucket, and blankets smelled like mens cologne. The pool was small no hot tub and no pool towels. HORRIBLE breakfast option even for continental just bagels and some yogurt no water, nor even any cereal options. Would never come back for price.
