Hotels with Gym and Fitness Centre in Salt Lake City

I know this is five star hotel but the service not a five star hotel. Need to improve for the five star service.

One of the worst Hotel I have ever stayed in... Washroom was stinking, no toilet papers, no dental kit, only one towel, for everything you have to put up a request to House keeping team & they will keep on forgetting things...Then in the morning someone will keep ringing the bell till the time you are not going to open the door & that's the hotel's rule if you ask them anything about it. Very hostile in nature & rude too... I spoke to Mr. Bansal at front office at the time of check out he assured me somebody senior will call me from his Hotel... Till now no body called. Its been 11 days neither Goibibo team is supporting on this nor Senses Hotel...Goibibo is worst platform for any sort of support.

We had a great time here we enjoyed a lot and the Hospitality Management was too good the staff are kind and helpful woth guest and the room are clean and the stuff and placed very nicely the service was excellent appreciate all the efforts for making us comfortable

This is a pretty good hotel, all Indian food

I recently stayed at indismart hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The ambience and rooms were nice, and the food was good and delicious(loved the breakfast experience. The hotel is situated in a prime location and features good interior design. The staff were polite and accommodating. However, the bathrooms could use an upgrade to match the rest of the facilities.
