I want to share my disappointing experience with Lynq Hotel, Kolkata. I paid **₹1,20,000 as a pre-booking amount** for an event. Despite multiple emails and repeated follow-ups, I was **never provided with an official receipt** for this payment. Later, due to unavoidable circumstances, I informed the hotel **around 1.5 months before the scheduled event** that the event had been cancelled. Even after giving ample notice, my refund was not processed. During our discussions, I was verbally assured that the amount could be adjusted against future bookings. However, when the time came to utilize that adjustment, the hotel backed out of their earlier assurance. As a customer, I expected transparency, proper documentation for a payment of this size, and fair treatment regarding either a refund or the commitment that had been communicated to me. I am sharing this experience so others can make informed decisions and to request that Lynq Hotel address this matter professionally and resolve it without any further delay.

Lynq Aero – The Perfect Hotel If You Love Saunas Disguised as Rooms! I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Lynq Aero, where the AC doesn’t work, no matter how many times you report it. Honestly, why would anyone want cool air in a hotel room, right? Sweat is apparently part of the “experience.” I complained multiple times, and the staff’s response was truly inspiring — a masterclass in doing absolutely nothing. Special mention to the manager, Aftab, whose dedication to not solving problems is genuinely unmatched. If avoiding customer issues was a sport, he’d win gold. The situation was so wonderfully unbearable that I had to check out immediately and find another hotel. What a lovely way to spend time and money! If you’re looking for a place where basic amenities don’t exist and complaints are treated like background noise, Lynq Aero is the perfect choice. Otherwise, do yourself a favour and stay literally anywhere else.

Pathetic hotel with worst services. Not equipped to handle groups at all. Not recommended at all. They are not able to serve breakfast properly.

My stay at LYNQ AERO - A Boutique Hotel was a truly good experience. The hotel offers a charming and intimate atmosphere that makes for a very comfortable and enjoyable visit. Beyond the pleasant accommodations and boutique ambiance, I was particularly impressed with the food. It was very nice, with delicious options that added greatly to the overall positive impression of my stay. I highly recommend LYNQ AERO for anyone looking for a boutique hotel with great service and fantastic dining.

The room had an extremely unpleasant odor—just unbearable. Room number 801. I would never choose to stay there again.
