The breakfast and the service in the restaurant is something that I will remember more than the Hotel stay in itself. This day was good, but the service by Mr Pulak Chef Piyali, Das Prakash Mondal and their entire morning breakfast team was incredible from making crispy Dosa to serving me fresh tea with masala, it was an incredible experience.

Overall had a good experience with the hotel and the hospitality they offer. Food is pretty good. Only recommendation is to expand the size of bed for double sharing or provide 2 single beds as single queen size bed is pretty small to accommodate two pax.

If anyone Traveling with infant or family this is the best place to stay and everyone is very caring ,food is fresh and healthy ,rooms are well maintained and properly clean. Monotel’s location remains a key advantage and was the primary reason for choosing the property. However, certain areas of the hotel are currently under renovation, which is not disclosed on booking platforms. Additionally, the room furniture appears due for replacement, and hot water availability in the bathroom needs attention. The restaurant experience was excellent, with courteous, cooperative, and responsive staff who consistently met guest requirements promptly. The front desk, however, continues to be an area of concern. Similar feedback was shared during my previous stay. While hotel policies are understandable and acceptable, the manner of communication often reflects a lack of trust and could be more customer-friendly. During checkout, the focus on obtaining minibar consumption confirmation before processing payment resulted in unnecessary delay. A more professional and guest-centric approach would significantly enhance the overall experience. Management and HR may consider addressing this aspect through appropriate training and intervention.

Location wise , hotel is aptly located to the business /office complexes with courteous staff and good food. Piyali Oraw has been courteous and provided good hospitality
