We had a fabulous 3 nights in a deluxe room it was perfect the room was lovely the aircon was great, the bed comfortable and the staff were delightful. The breakfast was great and had the most fabulous meal in the restaurant. Would highly recommend

Fantastic location and view. Room small (we booked a prestige room) but adequate. Restaurant closed for two of our three nights stay - there is absolutely no information on their website as to opening/closing times. Breakfast fine. Proprietors miserable. Madame gave us a brusque welcome and recommended an alternate restaurant miles away and rated 43/44 in that town! During our visit she kept asking our name (only perhaps 10 couples staying and we were the only English) and speaking to us in English as though we were children. I speak French. After our one dinner - booked with madame under our name and room number - monsieur almost chased us through the hotel as we hadn’t signed the bill which was never given to us. Again we were treated like naughty children. No goodbye or thanks. On balance, there are other hotels nearby with an equally nice location and view. It wouldn’t be hard to find nicer proprietors.

Un endroit rempli de charme à saint Trojan Vous pouvez dormir face à l océan et écouter le bruit des vagues Tout est propre et très joliment décoré Ce fut un plaisir de passer une nuit dans cet endroit C est juste dommage de ne pouvoir accéder aux petits balcons mais j imagine que c est une question de sécurité

Nous avons redécouvert le homard bleu l'été dernier. Nous y sommes revenus avec plaisir : la cuisine est vraiment délicieuse et inventive. La carte était nouvelle et tout était excellent (tartare d'huitres en entrée, gambas, joue de boeuf, desserts). L'accueil est parfait et le service prévenant tout au long du repas.

Nous avons été très contents des services de l'hôtel. Emplacement magique, jolie décoration, propreté, literie de qualité, petit-déjeuner copieux, accueil chaleureux, location vélos. Le cuisinier du restaurant est à féliciter vivement, il a enchanté nos papilles par sa créativité et les excellents produits. Nous avons quasi tout goûté... Superbe séjour et de plus avec le soleil. Merci encore !

Nous étions à l’hôtel du même nom et sommes restés dîner.Très belle table face à la plage et comme apéritif puis pendant le repas un sauvignon blanc charentais L’orée du bosquet. Nous avons pris 12 huîtres de Marennes qui étaient excellentes , par contre un pain complet ou pain campagne aurait été mieux que de la baguette sans goût…puis des joues de bœufs feuilletées façon bourguignonne avec écrasé de grenailles à l’ancienne et carottes confites…sublimes et goûteuses…bravo !!! Puis un excellent parfait chocolat orange au caramel beurre salée…à tomber… Le prix du repas est élevé mais ça vaut le détour !!!

La formule à 25 euros était excellente. Du fait maison, des saveurs, et une maîtrise de la cuisson d' un filet de lieu au somment de son art. Allez y les yeux fermés, vous y serez bien accueilli, avec un personnel bienveillant. Un joli moment gustatif

Accueil froid. J'aurais aimé bénéficier d'une chambre avec vue sur le front de mer mais hélàs, vu que j'étais seul, on m'a donné une petite chambre avec vue sur l'arrière. Je reste très déçu. De plus, celle-ci n'était pas exceptionnelle. Quel dommage!
