The hotel is located near a large hospital , not too far from the centre . A paying parking is located nearby , as well as a nice cooking store making the breakfast we prefer to the cheaper hotel in a sweet environment . We will certainly return to it when we pass through this city. However, the hospital in front can receive on its roof helicopters of emergency services , in this case it can not be very noisy even if the insonorization evaporates much of the noise.

The room was very clean and was very clean. But very small healthcare.

This hotel is modern and just off the A75 motorway just south of the city of Clermont-Ferrand. It is mainly a hotel catering for business/executive clients, but also good for those travelling through France. We stayed on a Sunday, and the restaurant was closed (open Mon-Fr), but this was a deliberate choice by us and suited us very well. In these times of Covid, we wanted somewhere to stay that was not crowded. So we took some deli-food for dinner on the balcony. All very relaxing and we felt safe. The only people we saw were the receptionist on check-in and cleaners in the morning. Rooms were clean and spacious with good quality fittings/bedding etc, we could see Puy de Dome from the balcony. The person at Reception helpfully gave us some fresh milk to go with our tea (tea and coffee making facilities were in the room). A very good stopover.

Stayed at the Oceania on a weekend trip to watch rugby. The hotel beat all expectations, polite and helpful staff, easy check in, clean and well laid out rooms, British TV channels and close to the centre and trams. Only down side was that the bar was closed on the weekend, and when you have a fair number of rugby fans they missed a trick. I would recommend this hotel if you go to Clermont.

Located near the CHU, a Total gas station and in front of the Jacques-Loucheur tram stop. Presence of a small free parking on the street. The hotel has a small market restaurant (practical to avoid falling down to the city (2 dishes for €16), but medium quality). The location is near the high speed, convenient, sanitary, air-conditioned, cost-effective, and worthy of choice for self-driving travelers. Although the room is not big, it is no problem without a big suitcase.
