Very helpful and friendly front desk staffs will smiling face all the time. The onsen on the roof top is excellent particularly the outdoor pool. I love their ramen serving after 9:30 pm, good timing after enjoing onsen. The room size is reasonable if you been to enough hotels in Japan. Cleanliness and tidynesss is impressive. Breakfast is good but love to see more western selections. Overall I love this hotel and will prefer to stay there again.

I have stayed in hotels in Japan many times. The quality is as good as ever and the temperature is the same. Lawson downstairs in the hotel provides great convenience. Although the location is a bit far from the JR station, it can be reached quickly by walking down the commercial street.

The view was great and it was comfortable! I want to stay here again. To be honest, I would say that the cleaning is not good enough... There were some small pieces of debris and hair left behind!

I used it in mid-December. Since it is adjacent to JR Oita Station, you can go from the station in 2 ～ 3 minutes without getting wet in the rain. The front desk is 8F in the building where the hotel is located. This time, I used the non-smoking double bed room of 17F. The face towel in the bathroom of the room was made in Imabari. Check-in is possible from 14:00, and guests can also use the 19F ”Tenku no Yu” from 14:00. Go to 19F in your room clothes, receive a towel set at the reception, and go to the men's bath changing place. 19F has an indoor bath and two types of saunas (Finland sauna and mist sauna), and there were more than 10 washrooms. 19F Indoor bath is a natural hot spring that is pumped from 700m underground. After soaking in the inner bath of 19F, go up the stairs to 20F (rooftop). There are two types of bathtubs here. It is a little hot water and a little lukewarm carbonated spring. Also, the view of soaking in the bathtub is the best! It's nice in the daytime, but the view illuminated by neon at night is also nice. Guests can use it from 6am the next morning. This morning bath was the most comfortable. Breakfast was served at the 8F restaurant from 7 am. I arrived around 6:55 with a breakfast ticket, but 7 ～ 8 people were already lined up. Instead of choosing your favorite seat, the person in charge will guide you. At that seat, the person in charge asks whether the main dish is Japanese or Western. On this day (12/16), Japanese food was grilled ＋ small bowl, Western food was hamburger ＋ small bowl. Except for the main dish, it is a buffet style, and it is a style that you take this and that yourself. It was a pity that I couldn't have breakfast slowly because the bus to the airport was early. I think Forza is a hotel suitable for staying in Oita mayor, of course, short stay is also suitable. First, the accommodation is very clean and stylish, making me feel very relaxed. Second, the location is good. There is no problem with walking to Oita Station in ten minutes. There is an entrance and exit on the roof to connect to the Qilou Commercial Street. So even if it rains, you don't need an umbrella. In addition, there are many shops you need to go to on weekdays such as convenience stores, coffee bars, supermarkets and so on. It is also very close to Kyoto Street. I stayed here for three nights on a business trip. I will book this hotel again if I have the opportunity to come back.

Business hotel in front of JR usuki station. There are new buildings and main buildings, and the new building is a little higher. I stayed at the main building, but the facilities are old, but it feels renewed. There is a large bath and you can take 24 hours. Breakfast is at the restaurant on the first floor of the main building. Viking, vegetables are substantial, and there are many items and satisfaction. There is a convenience store in the opposite direction to the station. Because it is far from the center of usuki, there is no restaurant around the station. Dinner is a hotel restaurant or you need to go to the center of usuki about 15 minutes walk.
