Good location, nearby the airport just 1 bus stop but the bus arrived every hour.
Nice room, clean and decent breakfast.
Supermarket is in front of the hotel.

Very nice airport hotel! Spacious room and great service with eateries and migros supermarket within walking distance! However it is quite a walking distance from Rumlang Station.

Near to airport and just a few stops to zurich city! Hotel is clean and cozy! Only downside is that sometimes it takes awhile for the reception to answer the phone so we had to go down to ask for plates on our own.

Breakfast spread was good but there was no change at all during our 4 days.
The gentleman who checked in was quicknenough but absolutely no smiling, cribbing about being overloaded.
Rumlang station is good 9 minute walk. I was under the impression that there is some bus stop nearby but couldn't find one.
Airport pickup was seamless. One of the highlights of staying in this hotel.
Overall a very good experience. Wish there was enough variety for food as we couldn't have dinner there due to limited variety.

The room smells bad, the front desk staff is really bad, they made the mistake of booking two rooms. Not worth the price, no service. Choose a hotel for airport transfer. Parking fee is super expensive, not recommended.

I stayed for two nights, and the Indian at the front desk told me that they only gave me one bottle of water for two nights. The cups were not washed on the second day, and the bed sheets were not changed. This hotel is owned by a Chinese company.

The room is well-equipped and comfortable. The location is very close to the airport and very convenient. Parking is very convenient and the front desk service attitude is very good. It is worth recommending when catching a flight.
