Premier Inn Leamington Spa Town Centre

Amazing value for money, ideal location , comfortable room, great shower and towels. Ground floor room, good night's sleep, nice and quiet. Had the continental breakfast in the adjacent restaurant, plenty of choice. Overall, highly recommended.

It's a nice hotel, close to all shops and restaurants but there is no window in the room so you can open and have fresh air. There is A/C but it's not the same. Nice comfy bed, clean bedsheets and nice shower. Team is polite and helpful.

The hotel is in a very convenient central location, perfect for using public transport links to explore the area. We booked a Superior room and enjoyed the added benefit of having a fridge. The bed, as always at Premier Inns, was very comfortable indeed. The room was warm and comfortable with the addition of air control which is a bonus. Breakfast was good, with plenty of choice.

Hotel very modern and in great central location. No parking on site but can pay to park in nearby multi-storey which wasn't a great problem. Very clean throughout the hotel. Had a family room - always annoys me that only provided with 2 glasses and 2 mugs for a group of 4! Breakfast was great - plenty of choice. Biggest let down was definitely the 'steakhouse' - one £34 steak was only half edible owing to very tough stingy fat, the waitress 'mentioned it to the kitchen' but they weren't willing to do anything so we paid full price for a very disappointing half eaten steak! Also worth noting - we were with a group of 18 with table booked for 8pm. We were unable to order desert as the kitchen shut at 9. We were not given any opportunity to order beforehand or warned of this. VERY DISSAPOINTING.

Really impressed with the premier plus rooms at this Premier Inn! Spacious and well equipped with everything you need. Comfortable bed and all round excellent! Pleasant staff and check in/out. Didn’t have food so can’t comment. Only criticism- be great if you could access at the rear entrance near the multi storey car park when you have lots of bags.

it was really good to stay at small town. good breakfast and kind staff. good location near train station and town hall. but parking and other . not to good. just stay few days. cheap price. really nice

Fab location, town centre on door step and a coop under! Clean lovely room! Great staff. We stayed 2 nights and parked at the Premier inn up road! best to pay for first 24 hr of parking via the machine, then setup the next 24 hrs on your phone and pay! As phone app doesn't allow you to extend parking past 24 hrs! So we had to go back and buy a ticket on the 2nd eve.

The title expresses exactly why I will never return unless the chain gets into the correct digital age. Working remotely from Premier Inn is impossible, and getting an international receipt is next to impossible with "their new booking system". I will find other solutions for sure.
