They have great customer service. Are very polite and easy to talk to. The only two sad things was that I asked for our room to be cleaned while I took the kids out in the morning around 8. But when I arrived back in the afternoon around 4pm, it was not yet cleaned. Also the shower head was very hard to use. Maybe it has some plugging issues. The water comes out outwards, not focused in the middle.

The facilities are relatively old and the hygiene is average. Green traces can be seen in the bathtub. The location is good and close to the lake. There are many restaurants nearby. The hotel charges a parking fee. The swimming pool is small and the water is green and the water temperature is very low. The hot spring has 6 small pools. It is natural hot spring water with the smell of green algae and sulfur. It is not bad and the water temperature is moderate. There are many foreign tour groups in this hotel, and the service is not good. Moreover, Ctrip said check-out at 11 o'clock, but at 10 o'clock the next day, there were people knocking on the door to clean the room, which was very disturbing. And the rooms are non-cancellable, so it will be more expensive if we book in advance. If we book on the same day, we can save more than 400.

The hygiene was a mess, the sheets were stained with blood, and the carpet was terribly dirty. As for the service, I had to wait an hour and a half for a box of tissues...

Not far from the lake, I booked a lake view room, but when I got to the room, I found that the actual view was not very good. The bathroom, especially the shower curtain, was a bit strange, always sticking to the body, and the shower curtain in our room had a hole in it, making it feel dirty. Breakfast is relatively simple, nothing special.

This is the second time I have brought my children to this hotel👍🏻It is very suitable for families and the breakfast is also very good. The location is very convenient. 

First stay at this property. Checkin process was not up to major hotel standards. The staff was impatient and unhelpful with some of the questions we had eg. with the parking situation with this place. They only had 1 person at the check-in counter and there was a long line. Hence, she looked rather stressed and impatient to address questions that guests had. Hotel is right next to Eat Street.

Old, broken, worn out, extremely bad! The breakfast buffet is even worse! According to local standards, even worse! It just occupies a geographical location and that’s all! Don’t choose this hotel if you’re in a foreign country! Too bad!
