We love our stay at Room mate Philippo - location is very convenient, rooms are clean, personal friendly and especially - breakfasts are very good.

It’s a clean and accessible hotel just a minute walk from the baberini station, if you walk from the back you can even reach the top of the trevi fountain! Stay was great for 3 nights.

Fantastic location with a welcoming reception that provides Prosecco and water upon check-in. The hotel is pristine and situated on a peaceful street, a short walk from the Spanish Steps. They serve a good breakfast and can customize dishes just for you. I was greeted with a bottle of wine in my room as a welcome gesture, and they even place chocolate on your bed during the afternoon. I'll certainly be returning.

The best hotel we stayed in Rome! The service is amazing, the cleanliness is excellent, the breakfast is great, the rooms are large and spacious and the location is simply amazing. Right in the center but not too noisy. Surrounded by great restaurants. A hotel that is 4 stars but feels completely 5 stars. Recommend to everyone, choose this hotel without hesitation.

My fiancé and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Room Mate Filipo in Rome, and we can't say enough good things about our experience. The service was unparalleled, making my visit to Rome truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff, including Anna Lisa, Carlo, Umberto, Marianne, and Grace, went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. There were so many other good folks at the property -- too many to mention, but they were each so wonderful. The hotel's location is stunning, nestled in the heart of Rome, providing easy access to many of the city's iconic landmarks. Yet, despite its central location, the hotel offers a tranquil retreat from the bustling streets. A special mention must go to Tiaiana, the housekeeper, whose attention to detail and commitment to maintaining immaculate rooms added an extra layer of comfort to our stay. Also, breakfast is included, offers many yummy items, and runs until noon (so convenient!) and the breakfast staff will start your mornings with positive energy and welcoming hospitality.
