First CONS - 1) This hotel needs an update - there are marks all over the walls and floors, the curtains had holes, the mirrors were oxidized (not intentionally trying to look antiquated), and the front door is nearly impossible to open from the inside. 2) This hotel needs to be cleaned. The shower didn’t drain, and our feet were always dirty. 3) Our room did not have a full length mirror. 4) We only saw a staff member when we checked in. PROS - 1) The room was spacious 2) The location is fabulous 3) The AC worked great. There was clearly a new splitter in our room. PS - There is an elevator in the building but it is not clearly marked so I brought my bags up the stairs when checking in. Don’t make my mistake! We never bothered to try the breakfast. It just did not seem worth $300+ a night.

Very comfortable accommodation, great location near the Spanish steps . Helpful and friendly staff . Rooms excellent, new bathrooms and efficient air conditioning. Very secure rooms . Comfortable beds and rooms cleaned every day . In Rome stay here .

Cozy structure in a very central place! A few steps from Spagna and Piazza del Popolo, we had a great time! Cleanliness, services and availability. Comfortable and equipped room, fantastic bathroom with spacious shower, fresh linen... in short, we will certainly return. Competent and helpful staff, excellent value for money!
