Nice hotel with an amazing breakfast for the price. But, it was very dirty in the common rooms like the stairs that I used to go to my bedroom. And in the bedroom, the bed and the pillow were great. But, I noticed that it looked quite old and a bit dirty (lot of dust on the desk). The parking is very large and well indicated.

It was a last minute booking so we were not expecting much. We just wanted somewhere to stay overnight to avoid driving back and forth. But Cortina was such a pleasant surprise. The service is quick, efficient and top notch. The facilities itself is not the newest, but it is well-maintained and very clean. You can see that there have been improvements in certain areas that adds a touch of elegance to the place. The breakfast buffet was also amazing! We hope to be back soon for a longer and leisure stay 😍❤️

Neat hotel with a beautiful entrance and a very friendly receptionist. I was even offered a free upgrade of my room from Single to Double. The room is neat, the bathroom looks a bit outdated. You have to stand in the bath to take a shower. That is a bit difficult for someone who has limited mobility.

Top service. In the room we discovered that we had forgotten the coat rack with the party clothes in Antwerp. Driven back and forth. 1 hour late at the party table. But no effort was too much from the staff to put us in a festive mood. Drink chilled; starter set aside. Thank you !

3rd visit in 3 years to this establishment that we loved...and this time, what a disappoin**ent! We certainly had the worst room: cramped as possible, lost at the back of the hotel, the shower was not waterproof and we were able to note the poor sound insulation thanks to the vocal performances of the neighbor! It was funny...5 minutes.
The peanuts offered had their packet torn open and spilled in the fridge...not professional.
Breakfast has also undergone a diet cure, but remains OK.
That being said, the hotel offers a pleasant setting and up-to-date decoration. They installed an elevator and it is a very good thing for receiving a larger clientele.
In conclusion, this hotel deserves much better than the service it provided and I sincerely wish better for next year...if I were to decide to come back.
Especially since he is capable of it given what he offered us the previous 2 years (spacious rooms, view of the street, generous and varied breakfast, etc.)
