Great hotel restaurant and service. The location is excellent. Slightly disappointed that the front desk lady refused my request for a complimentary 1-hour late check-out.

Mr. Salman from the reception desk greeted me. He was very respectful and professional, and he upgraded my reservation to a king room on the 12th floor with ease. They also provided a pillow menu for me to choose from, which was a unique idea! The breakfast was varied and delicious. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back, God willing.

This is a great hotel! The location is good, the beds and rooms are spacious, and the bedding is very comfortable. The front desk service was excellent, and the breakfast offered a good variety. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel room was clean and comfortable, and the environment was elegant! The hotel breakfast was rich and varied, and the front desk staff had a great attitude. It's very close to Kingdom Centre, just a 10-minute walk. There's also a Chinese restaurant, Jin Xiu Dong Fang (錦繡東方), right across from Kingdom Centre, offering authentic Chinese cuisine.

The hotel is very clean and the room, despite being small, is really great. However, the price is exaggerated, and the parking is cramped. Also, a 1 PM checkout with this heat feels a bit excessive.

The room was very comfortable and well-equipped. You can see the 'Bottle Opener' (likely a skyscraper) directly from the room. The service was great, and breakfast was good too. It's a good choice for business trips.

Everything was excellent, but there were a few issues, especially with the bathroom. The drainage wasn't working properly, and it was constantly filled with water.
