Beautiful Hotel from room views and the the pool side and the garden beachfront so relaxing 🌅🌇 breakfast Is everything good.🥐🍳 wonderful stays disabled access ♿ toilet, elevator 🛗 so cool haha I was just confused the turnings round elevator abc number anyways on the the room.arw in circles too ☺️ probably it's the designs infrastructure is cute tallest building I love everything and would choose this hotel when comes to Rio de Janeiro don't skip to stay and experience this paranomic views,the hotel stuff are really nice the ladies ,the doorman and even the one helps our luggage the front parking lot big space taxis are outside ready to go.ooh the area is closer to leblon and far from Copacabana,I stay from the Centro when I book the hotel don't have clue how far this hotel from where I was so better check the map me or Google haha 😂 so you won't feel lost like me.its very Forest mountain 🏔️ sides and it's cooler it's difirent sides of town I guess the resort is very outstanding from the area Have a shotp,have good foods, actually don't need to go out if you come for relaxing 🌅 massage,beach eat chilling stay in the morning the sunrise 🌅 so beautiful birds chirping so calm 🦜🦜🦜🦜 it's perfect hotel for me the room have smart light or just a multi colored lights haha makes it more night so romantic ❤️⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐❤️❤️❤️

My wife and I stayed in the hotel for 10 days for our honeymoon after receiving a recommendation from a friend. When we first arrived we were disappointed because the room had not been cleaned adequately (dirty carpet, stains and dead bugs in the bathroom) and despite informing the hotel we were coming for our honeymoon we didn’t receive any special welcome, for example a note or message from the hotel or chocolate gift as we saw others receive on Instagram. We complained to the reception about the cleanliness and the next morning the room was cleaned to our expectations, we were happy with how the complaint was handled. The hotel room we were given was an ocean view on the 10th floor. The view was amazing and we loved falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the ocean. However we feel that for the price and star rating of the hotel, the rooms need to be refurbished, the room feels dated and the bathroom finishings are not befitting of the hotel we expected from the pictures; messy paintwork and grouting, broken wooden furniture, poor quality shower and at one point there was no hot water so our first night was cold showers. We have stayed in lower and similarly priced and rated hotels and the quality of the room and bathrooms were better than this hotel. We used the tennis courts and gym during our stay which was a nice option. We both had the tropical Spa experience which was a wonderful and relaxing experience and the Spa staff were great. We chose the all inclusive option at the hotel and we were not disappointed with the selections available and the high quality of food on offer from the restaurants. The service from the staff at the restaurants was wonderful. The location of the hotel is excellent, after exploring the area we determined it has the best location of all the hotels in Ipanema / Leblon / Copacabana, because of the direct beach access to a “private” beach. Halfway through the stay we received a note in our room to say there was a problem with the pre payment and amount of consumption. We were very surprised because we had the all inclusive option and had not taken anything not included. We called the reception to inquire about the problem and the person was not able to explain what was the problem. (My wife is Brazilian so language was not the problem). We had to go down to the reception to speak with someone else, where we were told that the pre payment taken by the hotel was not enough to cover the cost of our stay (10 days) and so an additional payment was needed. The hotel knew we were staying for 10 days and should have known the total cost of our stay (excluding extras not included Ina lol inclusive), and taken the payment up front, rather than send us an ambiguously and informally written letter, halfway through the stay which the staff could not explain on the Phone. This hostel is amazing! After staying at most of the hostels in Rio I finally found this place now I don't ever want to leave. The staff is very friendly and helpful, Jonathan in reception provided excellent service during my check-in. The dorm rooms, breakfast and common areas of this hostel are top notch!

Stayed here due to the hotel being so close to Rio’s Bus Terminal. Our room was spacious, the bed was very comfy and dinner wasn’t bad either. Has a really nice rooftop pool with great views of downtown Rio. Good value for money! There’s not much outside the hotel but it’s a good hotel for stopping on your way through Rio or to catch and early Bus.

The hotel follows the standard of comfort and excellence that is expected from an ibis. I closed the pool (because I was looking for a hotel in the center with a pool) when I arrived I was informed that the pool was of Novotel for a fee of 63 reals, which should be informed as well as the purchase of breakfast and parking. I looked again on the site to see where it was written and I didn't find it, I was very disappointed because I could have closed another hotel with a similar value. The team's care was wonderful, taking this disappointment we had a great stay.

Very good place. I recommend. However, I had the misfortune of staying on the lower floors where the TVs are still old and the sound from the street makes it difficult to rest.

I stayed there for five nights in January 2020, and have only good things to say about the hotel. Nice and clean room, good food in the restaurant, friendly and helpful staff (with good advices about where to go - and not to go), great location (400 meters from Copacabana beach and across the street from Cardeal Arcoverde metro station) and in a pretty busy and safe part of the city, with many shops and restaurants. Not too expensive rooms. They can also offer transport to the international airport for 25 real. That's much cheaper than taxi!

I always book this hotel or the one located opposite. Close to the subway and VLT, which makes getting around easier. I think that depending on the business proposal, coffee could start being served earlier.

Very central location, close to all the main attractions in Rio, but due to this there are a lot of homeless close to the hotel. Staff in the hotel were helpful and polite. Clean rooms. We were originally given the wrong type of room which was sorted the next day. Close to metro station. Breakfast options don’t change day to day.

I actually had 2 comfortable nights at this hotel but their website just kept on charging my credit card over and over. Thankfully, it showed up on my phone, so I was able to inform the staff and show them the receipt at the time. A very helpful front receptionist said he would contact the finance department and that when I checked out early the next morning' it would all have been rectified. When I went to reception, no one could help and I was told to wait for the manager who would be on duty after my flight left..... So far, no response from this hotel and no money back.I've contacted my credit card provider and so I now have to battle to get my money back. My experience of checking in was in I’m afraid to say, truly awful. I arrived at 5am and the older gentleman checking me in was ignorant. Apparently, he was the ‘English speaker’ on duty and he completely ignored me when I asked a question. I received no information whatsoever about breakfast times, where facilities in the hotel were and he didn’t even have the good manners to look up at me when I checked in, he just opened his hand for my passport. He started huffing and getting obviously irritated when I asked if it were possible to arrange a later breakfast as I wouldn’t be getting to bed u TIL 6am, despite having to pay for the hotel for the night before. The guy actually just ignored me until I asked him directly and he didn’t even look up and said ‘no’ in a really annoyed manner. Great customer service, thanks! Thankfully, when I had need to speak to reception staff during the day, this was a much better experience. I spoke to a young woman and on another occasion a young uni man who were friendly and helpful, so much so, I decided to stay again on my return trip the following week. That was up until they kept charging my credit card, firstly through the own hotels website that said the transaction failed but charged the credit card and then again when duplicate monies had been charged by the hotel. Mistakes happen. It it how quickly and satisfactorily they are sorted that makes the difference between staying there again and avoiding it. Would I recommend staying here? Yes, breakfast is good and the hotel was clean and quiet on the 19th floor. It is dated and could do with updating but it is not bad value when they don’t empty your bank account! Just pay in cash if you’re staying there and avoid that nasty old man on reception who works at night.
