I was really surprised that I could like a 90-s kinda styled hotel. But I enjoyed it so much. Only the elevators are really slow and you could be waiting for 10-15 minutes there.
Overall is 8/10.
The room was really specious, the pool was nice, the view from the roof top was spectacular, also the breakfast area was well organised and fit a lot of people and still provide comfort and enough of choice of food for every guest. I left satisfied.

The floor in the room smelled bad. The decoration was in the nouveau riche style of the 1980s. When I took a shower, I found that the shampoo could not be squeezed out. . My hair dryer was broken, so I called the front desk to ask for a new one, but an engineer was sent to deliver a new one to me. However, the plug still couldn't be plugged in, so the old hair dryer had to be dismantled and reinstalled. Called the front desk again and found out the person who answered the phone didn't speak English. . . The refrigerator made a rumbling sound at night, so I unplugged the cord before stopping. The scariest thing is that this door has no peephole and no lock. People from outside must open it if they knock on the door. . The corridor is sensor-controlled. When you open the door, it becomes dark and scary. The window looks out onto the street, and if you're lucky you can hear homeless people going crazy at three o'clock in the evening. Why should it be awarded four stars if its standard is not as good as that of Hanting?

The hotel is a pearl in its location. There are no similar options. However, despite always being very busy, it leaves something to be desired in important details, such as the maintenance of the gym and external bathrooms.

We stayed in a room off the main corridor, which had a noise similar to a train passing every 15 seconds. Apparently some machinery or piping is very noisy, which affects sleep. Furthermore, the air conditioning didn't work properly and I woke up in the morning with several bites from some insect that was on the mattress (bedbugs probably).

The hotel is very good, stay was great. But they should rethink the amounts charged to use some services, for example dinner, water sales, etc. The price is very expensive, let's say quite out of the ordinary. A water for more than R$8 is a lot!
