Great hotel! Amazing staff and location and a very good breakfast with a sea view. The cocktails at the swimming pool bar are fantastic and sleeping with the sound of the ocean makes the price worth every penny. Definitely recommend the hotel and the restaurant that has excellent live music on Thursdays.

This is the best hotel in Rio de Janeiro if you are looking for a beach experience. The hotel is right in front of the beach in a safe part of it. You will have breakfast right in front of the beach, you get the best view from the rooftop pool (which is heated, for me is a plus).
Negative points: cheapest room is incredibly small and has a terrible view. Recepcion is very busy all the time and 20% of the staff are not friendly, but the other 80% are.
You can't expect them to book you a restaurant for example, and if they do they will not be very happy.
My suggestions for Arpoador: i love your place, i have been there 3 times and i will return. It would be nice to have a welcome drink on arrival, and the pool upstairs could have some relaxing music. Also staff with a little more training would be perfect! Some of them are already perfect.

The hotel is very good. This is the second time we have been there. The location is very good, you can safely pick up Uber through the hotel entrance. The rooms are generally simple, but other environments are good. The vegetarian breakfast is the best breakfast I have ever seen in my life. 👏🏻

This hotel is amazing… nice design, cool ambiance, the breakfast next to the beach is a must have!
I really enjoy it. Only negative points the bedrooms on the city side are very noisy until super late (many cars and buses) and poorly soundproofed. The rooms on the ocean side has a stunning view. I really love it!

Coolest vibes in town with simplicity but sense of service.
They took well cared of me and everything went great. If you need to book a massage, ask for Miguel.
The breakfast is very tasty and healthy.
Location is great.
