Conosco bene il Grand Hotel e la Residenza Parco Fellini e sono un cliente della struttura utilizzando sia il Lobby Bar che il Ristorante Dolce Vita oltre ai pernottamenti. il Grand Hotel è stato ben restaurato e recuperato nel suo splendore. Essendo cliente sono rimasto deluso dal trattamento freddo riservato ad un buon cliente. Niente upgrade gratuito per la camera alla Residenza anche se ci sarebbe stata disponibilità. Per un malore del mio compagno non abbiamo utilizzato nè il pernottamento nè la colazione già tutte pagate. Abbiamo chiesto se essendo clienti potevano venirci incontro con un voucher o magari offrendoci la colazione per un altro giorno ma siamo stati liquidati molto frettolosamente dicendoci en passant che purtroppo non potevano fare niente per noi. Pensavo che il cliente di una struttura di lusso, 5 stelle potese avere un trattamento più speciale e comprensivo. E' stata una delusione per noi penso ci rivolgeremo ad altre strutture cove il cliente viene fatto sentire speciale e non una scocciatura.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso la Residenza Fellini lo scorso settembre e la nostra esperienza è stata molto soddisfacente. I vantaggi della struttura sono sicuramente la posizione vicinissima al mare, la possibilità di usufruire di tutti i servizi del Grand Hotel, tra cui la piscina e la spiaggia privata e le deliziose cene in terrazza con musica dal vivo! Consigliamo vivamente la residenza Fellini come un must della riviera romagnola! Alessia e Fabio 💖

La Residenza è una struttura storica che fa parte del complesso del Grand Hotel da cui dista solo pochi metri a piedi. È una palazzina molto elegante, dallo stile classico e sobrio. Pur essendo più economica rispetto alla struttura principale tutti i servizi del Grand Hotel sono comunque a disposizione degli ospiti, dalla prima colazione alla Spa, che va sempre prenotato l'accesso. Le camere sono tranquille e arredate con cura. Ho trascorso un weekend con la mia compagna e, complice anche il bel tempo, abbiamo passato due giorni di puro relax. Lo staff alla reception si è dimostrato molto professionale ma con quel calore e quella simpatia tipica della Romagna. Devo ringraziare il signor Giampaolo che mi ha aiutato nella prenotazione consigliandomi al meglio sia per i servizi interni sia su cosa visitare nei dintorni, e anche per il mio prossimo soggiorno che ho già riservato.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per due notti in occasione di un evento a Rimini. Esterni e aree comuni molto belli e apparentemente lussuosi, ma camere decadenti, trasandate e con evidenti segni di usura. La vetrata della doccia era rotta, l'acqua usciva da tutte la parti allargando il pavimento del bagno. Camere per niente insonorizzate, si sentiva qualsisi tipo di rumore. Le 4 stelle dichiarate e il prezzo a notte mi sembrano esagerati per lo stato delle camere. Colazione ottima e abbondante

La residenza pur se non inserita nel parco dell'Hotel, ha gli stessi servizi dell'Hotel. La zona è centralissima ma molto tranquilla.
