First of all, the hotell is a bit worn and old, but the staff was great, very nice and helpful. The room is what you pay for, as in the pictures. Its cheap and very conveniently placed in the heart of the town. Walking distance to the impressive churches, and nice resturants. Overall a good choice to stay and cant complain. There was a vending machine in the lobby with great choices and surpisingly cheap prices.

Sewerage smell in the bathroom was so bad you could not be in there. Worst is they knew about it. When I arrived late the room door was left open and so was the window. I went out not realising how bad it was. It was too late to move anyway. In the morning the owner lies about not knowing about it but mysteriously already knew the room number even though he wasn't working reception. The place is a dump. It's disappointing to find this sort of establishment can advertise on **********

Stopped by here for a few nights in February and found it a pleasant, old fashioned Italian hotel at a good price. Now, if you know what I mean by that, crack on. If not, by that I mean it’s clean, warm and pleasant enough. The decor and furniture are somewhat dated but absolutely fine, and the small tv works perfectly. As with every single other hotel in Italy I’d put in this bracket, where things get somewhat interesting is the bathroom. It’s not bad by any stretch. Similarly aged yet workable, though frustrations do emerge in the form of the shower. The pressure and temperature are ok, but it’s tiny. If you’re 6ft tall expect to batter your elbows and get stuck to the shower curtain. The staff were all friendly and easy to deal with, there is a vending machine available at all times, and while breakfast is offered I was never up in time for it so can’t comment. Location is good, basically around the corner from the main square and around 20 min from the train station. If you want luxury, go elsewhere, but id you’re good with a basic, traditional Italian hotel it’s absolutely fine

Sconsigliatissimo, dopo aver prenotato una stanza per quattro persone 20 giorni prima e aver confermato tre giorni prima dell’arrivo. Mi hanno lasciato senza stanza e io e i miei amici abbiamo dovuto trovare una soluzione di fortuna, perché gli alberghi erano tutti pieni. Personale sgarbato, inaffidabile e incompetente. L’ hotel non possiede le caratteristiche per chiamarsi tale é un vecchio albergo in centro a Reggio Emilia difficile da raggiungere con la macchina, senza parcheggio. Le camere sono obsolete e poco pulite.

In occasione della mostra dei CCCP, abbiamo alloggiato in questo hotel che si è rivelato perfetto per noi: abbiamo potuto parcheggiare la moto proprio davanti all' hotel, é in ztl ma si può entrare senza problemi con registrazione targa. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo: certo, le camere sono semplici con bagno datato, ma pulite e comode, il materasso aveva addittura il topper e per essere un 2 stelle è superiore alla media, soprattutto per la vicinanza al centro (pur essendo silenzioso e in zona tranquilla) Il servizio di colazione non viene più fornito, ma questo non è un problema, essendoci a pochi metri tanti locali dove poter farla. Personale estremamente gentile e professionale, rimarremo sicuramente fedeli alla prossima occasione!

Esperienza pessima nn ci tornerei nemmeno se fosse ultimo hotel esistente a Reggio Emilia. Dopo 5 ore di viaggio e unico desiderio riposarsi nn ci è stato possibile x i 30 gradi in stanza con la finestra aperta sono entrati insetti e quella specie di ventilatore più rumoroso di un trattore. Insomma nessuna possibilità di dormire e x 3 ore di sudata e sofferenza nonostante tutto ci hanno fatto pagare. Stanza sporca e bagno da dimenticare

La sistemazione è abbastanza spartana ma in pieno centro, molto vicino alla piazza con le fontanelle ed a quella con l'obelisco. I proprietari ed il personale molto cortesi e disponibili. La mia camera era abbastanza piccola ma molto pulita.
