It would of been a much better review except for the staff, the receptionist told us upon check in that our room would be ready in a few minutes, 40 minutes later I had to approach them, than all of a sudden our room was ready, the staff that work here are not friendly at all, especially in the breakfast room they were very rude and abrupt, one staff member was so upset that we did not use a tray, we didn't see them, but he over reacted, location was horrible we were far from everything, could not figure out the transportation, taxis are not very honest, so if you want to walk everywhere not a good choice, now for the good, there is a bar on site, rooms were very nice and clean, lobby area was very nice and bright, the bartender was very friendly, close to the train station if you are taking trains, we only stayed for 2 nights, staff need to improve their people skills, your in hospitality and need a good personality

The hotel is modern, the rooms are spacious and the staff are all really friendly. The breakfast was also great with plenty of choice available. Would have rated this hotel 4 stars without a second thought if it wasn't for the design of the rooms however... The walls separating the bathroom from the sleeping area are windows! Like who thought that would be a good idea?! They have blinds between them that are supposed to provide some privacy but ours was faulty. The solution to this was hanging a sheet up across the bathroom, then shifting us to a new room the next day. There was no apology offered for this or discount on our total bill. Other than the bathroom situation though, I have no complaints!

This new hotel is very well located in the centre of the city, and has provided a new and cool suite. The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable and is very comfortable. Small salam to staff whom I have not the names, all as much as they are: the warm ladies of the reception 😊, the mama of the floor service, the baggageman at the entrance who did not hesitate to accompany me walking in the neighborhood in I will return In Sha Allah during my project stay in Rabat. For breakfast, I recommend the formulas ”Marokkaan” or ”fassi” at the level of the hotel restaurant, URBAN SQUARE. For less than 40 dhs each, they are complete. No need to take the continental formula unless there are many. I couldn't finish my Moroccan breakfast formula twice.

Room key had a sticker with room number written in pen. Elevators are slow and make strange noises, was nervous about getting stuck each time. breakfast buffet was mediocre, there could have been more variety of fruit. The staff was polite but again surprised they didn't do much after pointing out the dirt in the bathroom. This is not a 4 star hotel.

J'ai passé une semaine dans la résidence. L'appartement situait au 4e étage, avec balcon, hyper propre et confortable ! Le personnel a un vrai sens du service client, ils sont accueillants, souriants, efficaces, rien à redire !! La femme de ménage passe tous les jours, il suffit de demander à l'accueil. La cuisine est fonctionnelle, y a même une machine à laver, un mini four. C'est super bien situé, vous êtes à 7mn à pieds d'Ariba Center. Super séjour, je n'hésiterais pas à revenir !!
